Breaking the Six-Figure Barrier
Tiffany: The last month were the first time I reached six figure. So it was just little over 100,000 euro. That’s very largely because of your help. I wouldn’t not achieve that by myself. Actually, my kids told me, “Mommy, you are less angry at us.”
Max: All right, Tiff. Uh, congratulations on your record month. Obviously, thank you. Uh, how much how much did you make exactly?
Tiffany: The last month was the first time I reached the first time for the six figure. Um, which was why I signed up this coaching program. So, it was just a little over a hundred,000 euro.
Max: Wow. That’s of course super duper epic. And I remember we we celebrated it and the team was super hyped about this. And you know, like the cool thing is, look, I have to say too, like it’s always been super super easy to work with you because you’re always asking questions. You’re always showing up super duper prepared for our calls and you you know, it’s it’s really good. Like you’re I always prefer people that are more proactive when they’re asking a lot of questions and uh you know that’s also why I thought like I don’t mind you know coaching you for longer to really getting you the awesome results because it’s always been super nice and uh also the thing is that is the most important thing is so many of your clients absolutely love what you’re doing. You have such a good reputation even now you’ve just we just discussed how many more testimonials you’re getting from you know people getting into higher positions and being super happy what do you think is like the thing that they love the most about your coaching?
The Secret Sauce – Understanding Expat Executives
Tiffany: Yeah I think there are three things um well I actually have them write written down here is from all my clients first of all is they care do you get my problem do you understand my pain and for my clients is quite unique so they are all experts living abroad abroad. Most of them have international even marriage. So the kids kids at home speak three languages and because they’re living abroad and they are also working for Fortune 500 companies, their middle management there. That gives them the extra weight of the family responsibility to make their career work because the other half very likely sacrifice their own career. But also living abroad added extra challenges because of the networking is very limited, language, culture. Um so that makes our community very unique and our our approach very unique as well. So the first is do you get my problem? So absolutely I get their problem. I am myself an living abroad and have an international marriage. So second is have they done what you are trying to do. So I have done what my clients trying to do. So I myself have been a vice president twice in Fortune 500 companies while living abroad. And um so this part and meaning that my clients not only get coaching so there are many coaches out there who can ask great questions but have done what they want to do that’s another story that I’m able to give them my pathway that’s the second.
Max: That’s huge yeah that’s huge that the fact that you know that you’ve gone the path yourself you know exactly.
Tiffany: And the third part is can I help others to do the same then so obviously that’s that’s a clear answer we I have helped to many others many clients to do the same of what I have done. So that’s another factor that make this uh community and make this methodology very very attractive to my clients. I think finally is the community as well. We have um very likeminded minded people. We are all international. We all living abroad. We are all feeling somehow lonely and we belong everywhere but we also belong nowhere at the same time. So this kind of feel like a place of home where we really understand what it’s like to be an expat and have an international life and international marriage. But at the same time, if you really return home, your home is different.
Max: Absolutely. I can attest to that. It it was the same for me when I came home after my first world tour to Austria and I’m like it feels so weird. I think it’s different because you change so much but the place doesn’t and then your relationship to that home is different, you know? But um it’s interesting you mentioned the the community and this was something that I didn’t know about about your community until you know we’ve been working with you for a while. You have hundreds of people in your community and so many of these people are like Fortune 500 managers and people in like how how many do you have exactly in there?
Tiffany: Yeah. So now we have 160 over 160 members, 47 nationalities and across EMIA, APAC and Americas. Um so we covered 100 I mean all our members are from Fortune 500 companies. So we basically have uh yeah over 160 Fortune 500 companies in my program.
Max: So amazing. That’s so crazy. And the cool thing is like you’re meeting a lot of them in person as well. And the funny thing was I was in Switzerland with my fiance and you happen to be in Switzerland to meet your clients in person. So you and I could meet as well which was pretty cool.
Tiffany: Exactly. We do. I try my best to organize these inerson meetings. It makes such a big difference to see each other uh in person.
Max: Yeah, it it’s it is a huge difference. So weird like you know each other on Zoom for so long and then in person you you really build a much different connection. That’s pretty cool.
Mindset Transformation and Business Lessons
Max: Um what do you think was like the biggest lesson? I always ask this because I always love to hear these personal opinions. What would you think was like the biggest lessons you’ve learned so far from us?
Tiffany: I think a lot from you, not only on tactics, how to track, we just talk about, you know, still now you need to have a business owner mindset and look at numbers instead of talking about feelings and these a lot of tactics from you of um you know DM also about sales and about just running a business. Um but I think a lot of time I have lots of ups and downs and um to have you there to again you know you you’ve done what I want to do so you know what it’s like to have the days where you have your lowest lows and to have you there to help me to see it’s possible and to help me to also normalize these days and not beat myself up. I think that’s even more valuable and help me to see um because you you you are you know many steps ahead of me. So sometimes you just don’t know what to expect when you are in this path and to ask you what it’s like to be in this state to be in this stage and you prepare me for that which was incredibly helpful as well. And it’s you don’t just look at the YouTube people tell you to dream from whatever figure to whatever figure in x amount of days or weeks. You actually know what it means behind that type of growth that that speed of growth as well because nothing comes with free. You don’t just go from this number to that number, but you need to know the consequence of that growth as well. So, that is incredibly helpful to learn from someone who is a few steps ahead of you.
Max: Yeah. Amen to that. And and I’m so happy that obviously you you execute everything that we’re teaching and and you’re you’re implementing it. It’s really cool. And seeing you grow is very inspiring.
Family Impact and Finding Peace of Mind
Max: How how do you think has all that, you know, your new business success impacted your family? I hope it impacted your family in a positive way. Like what did you learn? What was your learnings there? What do you So many of my followers and people who watch this? They’re also family fathers, family mothers, and then seeing someone like you here crushing it while at the same time having a big family and taking care of them. It’s pretty inspiring.
Tiffany: Exactly. Yeah. I mean, many of us um you know, start our business thinking that we’re going to get the freedom we want, time, purpose, whatever freedom you’re thinking about, but actually you work much more, right? You you not only work 9 to5, you work probably 5 to9 now that was my case and uh and I work on the weekends as well. I I I don’t think I work less. I still work a lot. It’s your business. It’s you you I I have not fully built a team that I could just automate my business. I’m not at that level yet. But one thing that I could uh actually it’s my kids kids told me she they said to me and I said mommy you are you you are less angry at us.
I think before I joined you, I was having so so much ups and downs and I beat myself up when I have these days. And when I’m beat myself up, I start to have this scarcity mindset and all my kids obviously can see that I have these anxiet my daughter even learned the the song the anxiety song because every time I mention the word anxiety and she start to sing that song because I just mention this word so much every day. And so they were like, “Well, you’re you’re happier now.” Um, I think that’s the the ultimate goal I wanted to have is is to have this peace of mind. Um, knowing what’s going on with your business and not count on luck, season, raining days, cold, too cold, too warm, or are they on holidays or not on holidays to have this peace of mind and knowing that your business is is having having achieved that level of consistency and you can it’s predictable. Uh, which is, you know, the next level I’m going as well with with advertisement. I haven’t even started advertisement. Um I’m growing this business basically by myself with um a VA um to six figures. So that’s very largely because of your help. I wouldn’t not achieve that by myself.
Max: I I really also want to emphasize that well first of all it’s amazing that your kids see the positive influence on that and also I want to emphasize that all this is organic. We haven’t even done ads yet and all this is with one employee so to speak or VA in essence. So that’s like 90 something percent profit margins. So I really want to emphasize this here for people out there. It’s pretty amazing. And we all know, you know, you’re investing a lot of this extra money that you’re making now back into the business, making your program better, which is really, really awesome. Apart from that, do you have any other plans that you want to anything you want to buy with the extra money, save it, invest it?
Tiffany: Not really. I don’t have any any plan to I mean, I I used to have very good income when I was in corporate. I was um making a lot already. Um I think to do this uh I obviously don’t have any material needs uh when when I do this it’s it’s the the impact also to see what else is possible right you I have achieved everything I could in corporate and I was at that time only 36 years old um and there’s no more ladder for me to climb. So I wanted to say well I have another 30 years left in my career. So this is just a self validation to see you know if you go out of what’s familiar and just just let go of all that security that safety environment what else can you do outside of it um knowing not only I have a you know achieved the impact I would never imagine myself have you know 160 for 500 companies in my program I have built a huge amount of network my clients among themselves have built a very very big community themsel but also to I You know, of course, the finance part is just another validation of I made it work again.
Advice for Aspiring Female Entrepreneurs
Max: That’s that is I think there’s so many women out there who would who would see this and and get inspired by that and who might also feel afraid of the unknown and of the pressure that comes along with, you know, being your own boss, so to speak. What’s your message, especially for the women out there that want to do something similar, that also want to build their own thing, like How can they overcome the fear of the unknown? How can they find footing in a you know predominantly maledominated sphere?
Tiffany: I think I’ll give you the advice you gave to me is like as long as you don’t give up, it’s not the end. So what you’re facing, you’re going to face failures. You’re going to have a lot of unexpected and you choose this path. This path is never for people who want a certainty who want um you know the same amount of uh salary arriving in your bank account on the same day of every month. So this is not for people who want that type of life. It’s for people who want to see what else is possible for them and to for people to understand themsel like what is possible for me if I don’t limit myself because if you work for anyone there’s a limitation there but if you are ready for that unlimited version of yourself then this definitely is uh something really fun. You get to meet the other version of you that you never get to meet. Um and um failure is for sure. It’s a it’s a it’s um but you see that that as a stepping stone like you just have to learn this before you get there and once you achieve it you really see yourself in a very different lens. I didn’t even think my husband has a different level of respect to me. Um when I was in corporate I was I was already I mean very successful honestly. Um still I have break a lot of records in terms of females reaching vice president in Fortune 500 companies abroad but um to completely let go of that and create something from nothing in a foreign country where I don’t even speak the language here I’m in Belgium it’s French and Dutch Flemish here um to to create what I have created today I think that’s incredibly rewarding.
Max: Wow I I was not expecting such an awesome answer that that was like spot on. I cannot add anything to that. It’s it’s been super awesome to work with you. Now, next steps of course are going to be, you know, I mean, six figures in a single month is great, but now we want to scale, we want to reach more people, um build out the ecosystem, automate more while at the same time having everybody win, have you win, have your clients win as we have done so far. It’s it’s always been super super epic. Um yeah. Is there anything else you want to mention here before we wrap things up? Anything else here? Any other message?
Tiffany: Well, just thank you. Uh I think um for anyone of you who see Max, if you think of the way I think of him in the beginning, it was like, well, this is so American. This is so not me. You can see I mean, I’m very very different from Max. I mean, he’s super nice to work with. And I just want to thank you for being patient with me. I might not grow as many people. I’m a bit slower. I I think I’m lost slower than many people, but you you never give me the pressure of okay, our program will end this date and you but you always tell me never worry about that. You you will be with you until you achieve your goals. That was a huge piece of mind and just feel like okay, I can trust you. I can I get I get the support. So, thank you and your team as well.

From Corporate VP to 6-Figure Coaching Success
Tiffany’s journey from Fortune 500 vice president to achieving 6-figure coaching success shows what’s possible when you combine expertise with the right guidance.
In just one month, her coaching business generated over €100,000 in revenue – all through organic growth without any paid advertising.
What makes her 6-figure coaching success even more remarkable is that she built this while living abroad in Belgium, managing a family, and working with just one virtual assistant.
Her 6-figure coaching success comes from serving a very specific niche: expat executives working for Fortune 500 companies.
These professionals face unique challenges – limited networking opportunities, language barriers, cultural differences, and the pressure of making their careers work while their spouses often sacrifice their own professional goals.
Tiffany understands these struggles because she lived them herself, having been a vice president twice at Fortune 500 companies while living abroad with an international marriage.
The secret to her 6-figure coaching success lies in three key factors.
- She deeply understands her clients’ problems because she’s walked in their shoes.
- She’s actually achieved what her clients want to accomplish – climbing the corporate ladder in Fortune 500 companies while living abroad.
- She’s proven she can help others do the same, with a community of over 160 members from 47 nationalities across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
What started as a business venture became a transformation for her entire family.
Her children noticed she was “less angry” and happier, having found the peace of mind that comes with a predictable, consistent business model.
This 6-figure coaching success gave her not just financial rewards, but the validation that she could create something meaningful from scratch in a foreign country where she doesn’t even speak the local language.

- She’s actually achieved what her clients want to accomplish -climbing the corporate ladder in Fortune 500 companies while living abroad.
