Meet Dr. Bolio: A 45-Year Weight Loss Expert Going Global

Dr. Rafael Bolio: I’m Dr. Rafael Bolio. I’m a specialist in internal medicine, critical care medicine, and bariatrics, and I’ve been working on weight loss for the past 45 years.

Well, I already had some posts on social media, but they were in Spanish, and I decided to transfer over to English, so I started from scratch. I was a newbie.

Scrolling through Instagram, I saw some videos, and the one that really caught my attention was how Max was giving for free his list of viral videos, and I thought, “Okay, this guy is interesting. He’s willing to share a lot, and I’m sure he knows more.” So I started following him.

Well, I know for certainty that what I’m doing, people have to learn about what I do through social media. And with social media, I can access the whole world, which is what I want to do. I could do local, I could do national, but I want international. So that’s what decided me, “Let’s do it and let’s go for the rest of the world.”

Breaking Through the Language Barrier and Information Overwhelm

Dr. Rafael Bolio: Absolutely. The most important part was that I knew for certainty that I did not have the ability to work on social media. And the language was also a barrier, because although I’m bilingual, one thing is to talk about medicine in Spanish and another in English. So I knew that I needed to find the right words to communicate what I know to my English-speaking population.

Well, my first impression was, “Wow, what is this? I’m being overwhelmed. So much information.” The wonderful part was that it’s well-made. So you go step by step. You know, it’s a big elephant that you have to eat, but it’s made in such a way that it’s little pieces, and it made me feel comfortable that I was learning. I noticed that I was getting better at what I was doing.

From Zero Results to Outperforming 90% of the Competition

Dr. Rafael Bolio: Well, now my posts are getting much better results. One of my TikTok posts is performing better than 90% of all the other people who are in the weight loss industry, and it’s being shared by people who watch it. So I’m very happy because I know I’m in the right direction, and it’s all a matter of time before I get to see those really spectacular numbers.

I had absolutely no following when I started this. I had tried to do some English posts before I started with this course and they had zero results. And now I’m starting to see really, really good results. I’m absolutely very, very happy with what I’m doing with this course, and I really recommend it to anyone who wants to be present on social media and do it the right way. Not just do things that are just for fun, but things that will help people in their lives and in their way of living. This is the right course to do it.

It’s very simple. I did not have the knowledge. I did not have the structure. I did not have the clarity as to why a video becomes viral. And Max makes it very clear. I mean, it’s the CIA (Clarity, Intrigue, and Advancement), or demonstrating what people need to do. So they’re very, very simple, and I’m just very, very happy. I don’t know what else to say.

Books, Consultations, and $2–3K Per Month in Real Income

Dr. Rafael Bolio: Well, I have books that I want to sell. That’s the part I want to become my basic business plan. And they’re starting to sell better, much, much better. When I first published them, there were zero results. And I’m seeing that people are starting to buy my books, and that is fantastic. I’ve had some sales. People have called me up for personal consultations. So I’m getting around maybe $2,000 to $3,000 per month in income.

But the other part, about books, I sold over a million books in Mexico in Spanish. The book was in Spanish, and multiply a million by $10 and that’s how much I got in Mexico. Lost it all. Okay, that’s another story. But now I know that through selling books and selling information online, I can be very, very happy with the income I will be generating.

The Biggest Lesson: Let Go, Follow the Path, and Just Do It

Dr. Rafael Bolio: The biggest lesson is that we have to allow ourselves to be taught. I unfortunately consider myself to be too creative, but that creativity doesn’t work. And so I’ve learned to just follow the path and do exactly what they tell me to do. And that would be my advice to whoever wants to start this. Act as if you’re a newborn that doesn’t even know how to crawl, and just let the process make you grow. And it’s going to work well.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a presence online, wants to be successful, and wants to generate income. And this could be anything. I was once told by a person dedicated to TV news, and he was telling me, “You know what, Dr. Bolio, Jesus Christ came to this earth last week and he was here for a whole week, but guess what? No one knew. No one found out that he was here.” And that’s the thing: How are you going to help people know your story? And that’s going to be through social media, and this is the perfect place to do it.

Well, this program is not for people who want to do things by themselves or who think that they have the right solution. It’s not for people who don’t have the idea to do it, even when they don’t want to. It’s not complicated, but you have to do it.
