Max: Last month we did 12K, we did also be even before 12 but it was in March. Nice, so pretty, pretty consistently around the 10K a month mark.
Feliciano/Antonio: Yeah, that’s, that’s epic. You guys are crushing it, pretty, pretty damn happy for you.
Max: These guys have 800 followers and they just made 12,000 in a single month teaching Spanish online. Now they don’t have a degree, they don’t have a teaching certificate, they’re literally just teaching their mother language. So these clients of ours are absolutely crushing, no doubt about that. So I sat together with them, had a quick swift interview to basically show you how exactly it’s done. Background and Getting Started
Max: You are coaching your clients to teach, to learn Spanish, right? Exactly, so your language coaches. Do you guys have any, any background in that like language teachers or degrees or something like that?
Feliciano: I even do a degree in teaching and Spanish. Actually I’m lawyer, but I realized that this was my passion to help others, you know, to learn Spanish. And yeah, we started to teach like a hobby before joining your program and actually we save up money just to invest in your program. Yeah, nowadays we are like crushing it.
Max: That’s crazy. What made you do Spanish niche? Because you said you had your background as lawyer and you started coaching Spanish. He said a week before he came into our program, kind of walk us through your thought process.
Antonio: Well, my brother was studying law and I was studying economics, but at the same time we, we travel Europe so we were traveling a lot. We learned other languages so we speak many languages. We speak, uh, also well besides English, I speak Italian, I speak some German, I speak Russian. So this, this background basically pushed me to take a step forward and help other people learn languages because I already learned many languages and, and basically I went through the main bottlenecks the students they have when they are learning languages. So that’s why. And I, I also, uh, as my brothers say, help other people learn Spanish before but like a hobby, not like a profession. But with your strategies and with your tools, uh, we thought that that would be epic to take a step forward and help people with the right path because we didn’t have tools and strategies to do this, uh, in a very professional way.
Max: Okay, all right, that’s, I mean that’s awesome. So we basically took a skill he had, came to us, monetized it, easy peasy. That’s obviously fantastic and you’re crushing it. And you know, of course that’s just the beginning, especially in the language coaching niche. We know for sure that up to 30K is possible without ads, without anything, just purely organic. So you know, 10K a month or in your case 12K euros a month, it’s just the beginning. Yeah, so we can definitely do more there.
Client Acquisition and Business Strategy
Max: How, how exactly are you getting your clients?
Feliciano/Antonio: Yeah, everything through LinkedIn, through Instagram, so everything manually.
Max: How? I mean that’s, that’s obviously really cool because you know that’s what we teach how to do it because it’s for free and it’s cheap. How exactly do that? You just message people or do you wait or do you post content or how exactly?
Antonio: Well, from my side I’m more focused on LinkedIn so cold outreach basically and we have obviously very nice profiles, uh, on LinkedIn. So yeah, basically this is from my site on LinkedIn.
Feliciano: And well from here on Instagram, for example, we post reels on a daily basis. We create good content for free, we give really good advice and value and then, uh, DMs. I send DMs, I have, I follow basically your strategy, your DM framework and then we, we jump on and call with all these prospects.
Max: That’s epic. So you basically kind, kind of combining two different strategies. You have the awesome LinkedIn profile, you know, that makes clients attracted to what you’re doing on one side, which one of you is handling, and then you have the, uh, you know, viral growth stuff with the Instagram reels on the other hand and it’s just like bam, working well. That’s really cool that you just kind of combine it and obviously it pays off because those are both viable strategy, both are absolutely awesome strategies. That’s pretty cool.
Max: And how exactly are you working with your clients? Are you doing group calls, are you doing still one-on-one or are you transitioning or what exactly?
Feliciano: Yeah, uh, nowadays we are focused on group sessions. Before we were doing one-on-one but we realized that it was not sustainable on the long run. We got to, you know, to scale, scale the business. If not we could apply, you know, working everywhere, you know, giving one-on-ones. And yeah, so still I’m doing one-on-one but with, with let’s say my last clients from the last program, let’s say, but now each client is in a, in a group session.
Max: Yeah, nice. I mean that’s obviously epic. That’s kind of like the goal to get to, you know, um, and yeah, that’s cool.
Key Lessons and Business Experience
Max: Now if you look back to, to the FBM, you know, program that has taught you all that, like do you have a specific main lesson where you say like that was the biggest learning that we got from FBM?
Antonio: Yeah, amazing. Well on my side I can say that you just have to stick to, to the tools, to the strategies. You have to put in the work, so that’s it. You have to get to be really active in the Facebook group, ask questions, get feedback from the coaches. You just have to stick to it and that’s it. But all, if you don’t put in the work, there’s no, there’s no magic pills or whatever. Be hungry every day, wake up, put the work in and yeah, and that’s it. I love what I’m doing, I love my business and I just follow your, your instructions and that’s it.
Max: And you guys are crushing it. How did you have any business experience before that?
Feliciano: Yeah, but it’s different because, uh, it’s a family business so it’s, uh, in tourism in, in Majorca, but it’s from our parents so it’s different. It’s not exactly our own business. So now it’s completely different because we have to overcome all the, all the things, all the obstacles by ourselves. We don’t have our parents behind helping us or no, no, we are alone here. Yeah, with your help of course, you are there guiding us, so that’s really key, really key.

Max: What is your, what, since you guys live in Poland, what does your daily life look like nowadays? If you just like guide us through daily life of the, of the brothers?
Antonio: Questions, so well, um, the first thing is our business. We put the work in, then we switch off, uh, we, we dance a lot. We, we love that, since salsa.
Max: I love it man, that is so cool. You could have not said anything more stereotypical. Oh yeah, we left a dead success that we Spanish guys, you know. I’m happy for you guys but it’s perfect because we can, we move here because we can socialize more than, than in Majorca, especially in winter time. Uh, we want to crush it, we want to make it, uh, sustainable to keep crushing it and to scale our business.
