Bruno: So technically I made around forty, forty-two thousand five hundred dollars, euros. It’s 17 clients, but I was able to collect thirty-eight thousand five hundred euros.
Max: That’s fantastic. I’ll have to collect it now. I mean, at the end of the year.
Bruno: Yeah, yeah. Well, cash flow is actually really, really, really amazing as you know, over ninety percent. So fantastically done on that side and yeah, what exactly is it that you’re doing?
Bruno: So basically I help coaches and consultants like how to convert higher paying clients. So sales. So I’m a sales coach.
Max: So you’re teaching sales and you work internationally or just in one country?
Bruno: No, internationally. Like my clients, they’re from the US, from Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, everywhere.
Max: Got it. Cool. How did you acquire that skill of teaching sales?

Bruno: So that’s a good question. So let me tell you a story. Basically, I broke up with my ex, right?
Max: I like how that starts already. Good stories always start like that.
Bruno: So I broke up with my ex and there was a guy that I was always listening to, right? Like every single day. And that guy was RSD Max.
Max: Okay.
Bruno: And I don’t know if you don’t remember me, but I bought the natural. You can check my name on database. So I bought one of my, one of my old info products for the viewers who don’t know.
Max: Yes, and also your mentoring program.
Bruno: Anyways, I joined the mentoring program and I said my, my daily mentoring program you mean before you joined this one.
Max: Okay, so first my first business dating advice. Cool. All right.
Bruno: Yes, and so I knew from back then because you were legit, right? Like I was, of course, like respecting you always and everything. And then you made the transition from dating into the business, right? Meanwhile, myself, I was working as a closer for some big influencers. Working every day for the last three years and made around more than three million dollars in sales.
Bruno: So my colleagues as well, they were like, “Hey Bruno, you’re pretty good at sales. You know what I mean? Like, you’re very good at like talking to people, asking them questions, knowing exactly what to say, how to say it and all those things.” Right? And I was, I started to teach them.
Bruno: So basically when I, when I saw your, I mean, your dating right mentoring program back then, I always liked the idea as well. And I’m like, imagine how would it be if I had also my students, you know, my clients that I was working with. But that’s how I made the transition from basically working for somebody else and now starting my, of course, consulting business.
Bruno: And then you made the transition from dating to business. So of course you were the first guy that I would go for, right? Like I was pretty much closed, you know, Nikita didn’t have to do a lot of work with me.
Max: Love it, love it. Yeah, fantastic. And now, you know, you made 40K in one month. So far so good. And the good thing about, about online coaching or consulting and or service providing for that matter is that you have extremely high profit margins. I mean, you barely have any costs, right? You don’t have a physical product that you’re selling. You don’t, at least at the beginning, you don’t need to have any advertising spend whatsoever. So it’s just pure profit and that’s really, really beautiful. And how is it going with you right now? Where are you getting most of your clients from?

Bruno: Well, I mean, I’m using the manual lead generation like the framework still every single day, because that works perfectly the one from the, from the mentoring program that you have there. And also like most of my clients, they come from my Instagram because I do a lot of stories. Like I find stories to be the best place to convert them.
Bruno: So I just like record myself, talk about sales, talk about like put some testimonials there, right? So yeah, most of my clients, they come from like my Instagram.
Max: Yeah, let’s see your Instagram. I have it right. Can we show you Instagram in the video first? I’m gonna edit it in. So Bruno right here, it’s a very good Instagram. You do have 10,000 followers, right? That’s not so bad. It’s making 40K with 10,000 followers definitely something that most people cannot do. So when I started, I had a thousand.
Bruno: Oh wow, that’s fantastic. So you built a little bit of a brand already and that’s obviously crushing it. Do you have any other social media presences other than just the Instagram?
Bruno: Instagram, no. Instagram and also like I reached out to a lot of people on those Facebook groups, you know, I was talking to them and then I was taking them to my Instagram because that’s like the main place where I post some content, you know, related to sales and closing and yeah, you know, like then I can easily basically like take their number, jump on a free consultation call and close it.
Max: Nice, sounds good, man. Sounds good. What do you think is the biggest lesson that you’ve learned from being in our program?
Mindset Transformation – From Self-Doubt to Confidence
Bruno: So the biggest lesson is that you can really achieve anything you set your mind to. And I’m not, I know it’s some like cheesy stuff, but when I came to the program, first of all, believe it or not, I was not confident that people would pay me money for this.
Max: Yeah, classic.
Bruno: You know what I mean? Like the classic, right? Like I was not confident that I would have like other people pay me to join my mentoring program. So that’s the first thing. And also, before coming to your program was hard for me to put myself, you know, in front of the camera, but I had to do it because I had to provide value because, right? If you provide value to people, then people reach out and then you can jump on a call, see exactly what their problems is and how you can of course solve them, right?
Bruno: So those two main things, right? Like I could not believe in myself that I would be able to, to achieve what I really wanted to achieve. I mean, I was sure about the program, but I was not sure about myself.
Max: Yeah, that’s a classic. Yes, you see what they say. What I was about to say is like, there’s a lot of experts out there and they have the expertise. They have really the willingness to over deliver to their clients. They have the work ethic, they’re working hard, but something within them tells them like, “Oh, I can’t charge premium prices” or “I can’t ask for money” or “I can’t put myself out there.” And it’s so many mindset barriers that are keeping them from, you know, making five figures or multiple five figures or later on scaling to six figures a month. And that’s of course, one of the things that we really hammer in, in our, in all our programs, be the beginner programs or the more advanced programs or scaling programs, really make sure people have their mindset straight on top of just the procedures and the technical aspects of building and scaling a successful coaching, consulting or service based business.
Max: But here’s what I want to know is like, what does your day-to-day life look like when you’re just working on your business nowadays?
Bruno: Well, nowadays, I mean, it hasn’t changed much from what I used to do, right? I wake up, you want to know my routine or?
Max: Sure, just share a little bit with what you’re doing.
Bruno: Yeah, so basically I, in the morning cold shower, right? The meditation, yes, the official stuff that we gotta do. And then in the morning, coffee is the first thing, don’t talk to me if you know, if I didn’t have coffee. All right. And then reading, and of course then I go to my Instagram, right? Check and start to engage with people and prepare the content that I’m going to be posting for the day. And yeah, you know, like I just focus on basically getting as many clients as possible, building as many like relationship connections with other people, learning, watching the videos, doing the modules. I mean, I always go back to the module. So I like to always keep myself updated, let’s say every single day.
Max: Yeah, that’s also what we do with our programs. We always keep them up to date. So it’s good from your side that you always check in, make sure you’re up to date with everything. And yeah, that’s, I mean, you know, obviously you now at the roughly the 50K month mark, the next steps would be for us to scale to seven figures a year, which is roughly 85,000 a month. And then just stay there consistently. And boom, you got yourself a seven figure business. And of course now, next, the next kind of steps for us are going to be hiring key team members, right? Scaling together with them, you know, making sure you have standard procedures set in place, everything to make you scale-able, because there’s more to scaling than just, you know, putting more in the front end. There’s a lot more on the back end to be done as well to make sure you have a solid foundation that helps you scale. And is there anything else that you want to mention?
Final Words and Success Principles
Bruno: No, I mean, just I’m very thankful to you to the team because without you, this wouldn’t be possible. I believe in life, everything happens for a reason. So I, when I saw that you made the transition to business, I just jumped in, you know, without thinking twice. The best decision I ever made. And yeah, I believe, you know, because most people are going to be skeptical, right? Most people they’re like, “Hey Bruno, did Max pay you money to be there or something?” You know, that’s what some of the people, or some of the people don’t even believe that I mean, like that amount, for example, they’re always people are going to be like, “Yeah, but he really made that?” Yes, I made that amount and you can also do the same thing because I saw a lot of people there doing the same thing. You know, if they execute the things that, you know, you’re telling us, it’s impossible to fail. Impossible. The only, the only reason why people fail is that they don’t do it. They don’t execute. They don’t stay consistent. They give up. That’s why this is not for everybody.
Max: Yeah, it’s that’s what I say too, is like on paper, building a business is, is very simple. It’s very easy, especially if you ask me because I’ve done it so many times, but if you’re not sticking to something consistently, you’re not going to make it. If you’re childish about it, you’re not going to make it. If you’re seeking to, to, you know, cover up your own insecurities via your business, it’s not going to work because it’s going to be the other way around that it’s actually going to make your biggest insecurities, your flaws, your shortcomings surface. And if you then don’t have the brain power, the willpower to fix that, then business is not going to be for you. But if you do, then you can make it happen and, you know, making a six figure or even a seven figure a year business isn’t that difficult. It’s not that complicated. It’s no magic in there. It’s just proven processes, sticking to those, adjusting along the way. And there you go. And obviously staying there consistently. And then I think ego has a lot and there’s a lot to do with ego as well. Like don’t get an ego as you’re growing because then you’re stunning your own growth. Stay humble. Keep listening to experts, keep listening to people that are above you and, you know, keep pushing. And that’s basically all you got to do.
