Max: How much exactly have you made over the last four weeks?
David: 34,000 euros. I have almost no following on social media. I studied in university as a theoretical physicist. After that, I kind of wanted to do something that is more social and that helps people.
Max: All right, welcome back, Max Tornow here, we’re sitting here with our client David who has cracked quite a lot of money in the last four months. We’re going to talk about how much exactly and we want to talk a little bit about his story about what exactly he does and how he’s helping his clients and how we’ve helped him get his business up for a very great start. And yeah David, thanks a lot for tuning in, really appreciate that. How much exactly have you made over the last four weeks?
David: Over the last four weeks? So in January, I made 34,000 euros total in sales, half of it is already collected. And February started pretty well as well, I’ve made over 10,000 already.
Max: Nice, and it’s the 8th of February, so that’s over a K a day. I hope you say, congrats for that, you know, obviously these are great beginner results, it’s good for start, this is before scaling. This is before we’ve done anything with your social media and so on and so forth. And what exactly are you coaching?
Chapter 2: The Three-Level Coaching System
David: So I help men in their dating and relationship life. So I help men that are mostly career ambitious guys that have been through university, doctors, lawyers, people that kind of have already some level of achievement or confidence, mostly those that want to have optimize and maximize their fulfillment in their relationships and daily life. So talking to women, talking to other people as well but mostly that dating aspect.
Max: Nice, nice. And I love that. I love that. I love seeing that as an ex-dating coach myself, I love seeing that guys like you keep crushing it and that you really, you guys are really doing something really good because you know especially nowadays guys getting shyer and shyer and they have more troubles just expressing themselves and actually being more confident. So I always, you know, I love the fact that you are still crushing it with that and that you’re doing it in a proper way in a nice way an actual value giving way. And this is also a little little important value nugget for positioning, you’ve positioned yourself in a way you’re actually helping guys that are busy with their careers, you know they don’t want to spend days of their weeks just being outside talking to a lot of people outside or something like that, you basically say look, you’re career focused, you don’t have a lot of time and you want to make the best out of it. Tell us a little bit more about how exactly you’re helping your clients.
David: Yeah, so I pretty much work on three levels. I think in every relationship there is basically three components, there is you, there is the partner or partners that you have, and then there is the relationship or the relationships. So I structured it in a way that it’s logical, people nowadays they don’t really want to waste time with learning strategies, techniques, or everything, they want to have something long-term that brings them fulfillment and results long-term and brings them passion and meaning in their life, and also something that aligns them with their professional life and their career, especially when you’re ambitious, right? Sometimes you have these blockages or those limiting beliefs around your partners or your friends being a drag in your life and not being really something that pushes you forward. So I help my clients to first start with themselves, with how to deal with their emotions, their own self-talk, their really have a clear vision on what they want, then learn how to communicate that in the proper way, something that really sparks attraction and also something that takes their relationship where they want and then how to deal with those relationships in a way that on the long run can be fulfilling, how to set the proper boundaries so that they can still make their own personal growth on the side, not necessarily you know be stuck in the relationship and yeah be pulled down, right?
Max: Yeah, that’s something that resonates with you and yeah, and later on just design their the life they want from that.
Max: Love it, sounds absolutely fantastic. And you know we always say like money follows value, so if you’re focused on actually giving as much value as you can out to your clients, you get rewarded and you did. And that’s you know fantastic for beginner level. Now, you’ve ever since gotten into our advanced program, we have our first advanced call later on and now we’re going to help you with the social media side of things, and then later on also with paid advertising. How have you gotten your clients so far before social media?
Building Success Without Social Media
David: Yeah, so I really resonate with what you said, when there is value, there is money. Actually, most of the clients that I got were either through my network or the network of my network and then the referrals. So every single client that is happy has the potential to bring another client, I really heavily rely on that, yeah I actually have almost no following, I actually started LinkedIn three weeks ago, I have almost no following on any other social media that I have. I didn’t really do any proper lead generation on that, I got couple clients from there, but most of it is just networking and referrals. I think everybody has a potential of 10 to 50,000 dollars in their network, but most of them are just not, they don’t want to allow them to have that money coming from their network.
Max: Yeah.
David: So I started from there and I think it’s also, so for me it was very important to have that confidence that I can have a business that can run without any anything I would be dependent on, and social media is one of those things. So it’s yeah, it’s really nice to have it as an amplifier, but I think business is healthy only when you shut down all the the like the means streams to make the money and you can still create value, generate clients and you know keep the business running.
Max: And that’s exactly, that’s so beautiful. So you literally, you’re sitting here, you made 34,000 euros last month without social media, without paid advertising, without I mean your channel, I checked out your YouTube channel, you have like eight subscribers.
David: Yeah, yeah, you found it, we can link it here if someone’s interested, maybe get some more subscribers.
Max: Same goes for your Instagram, if if we may show your Instagram, can we?
David: I can show it right, yeah obviously you can, actually started that YouTube channel just for myself to get some just some training, some practice in.
Max: Yeah, exactly, it’s not even a thing yet.
Max: Yeah, you have 322 followers right now on Instagram. GG on that. And by the way, that was also why we did so extremely well in 2020, when so many of our competitors, they just, they just stopped selling, they literally just went bankrupt, they had to stop stop doing business, we were doing extremely well because yes, maybe people from the outside were less interested in building their own business, but our current clients kept buying from us because they got great results and they wanted to be up sold to more advanced programs, our current clients referred us to their friends, we we had such a strong structure independently of the advertising we run, independently of the the social media we’ve done. So just like you said, these things are nice to amplify but the the the base level is give a ton of value and have good structure and be able to network with people that are already your clients and be referred from them.
David: Yeah, and something your program has taught me is that it’s like the most important is to understand your clients. When that is there, you know like most of the clients that I have actually don’t even count on social media so much, because I found that most of the guys that I helped, they’re not so much on social media. So I have no choice in having something around that.

From Physicist to Coach – The Transformation Journey
Max: So where were you before, before you came into FBM? Did you already kind of know what you wanted to be teaching or give us a little bit of an overview, how are you where you were before you joined our program?
David: Yeah, so I come from a scientific background, I studied in university as a theoretical physicist. And after that, I kind of wanted to do something that is more social and that helps people. So I started to work as a coach with an other dating company, that’s something that came, I was asked to do it just because I was good at helping and I got good results there. And naturally, I started to transition into having into the idea of having something on my own and having my own values, the clear path that I want to help with. Yeah, and then it just hit me that I wanted to start that on my own, but I didn’t really know exactly what, actually had kind of a crisis in the dating coaching where I didn’t really know it that was really fulfilling for me, I didn’t really know if I was you know good enough to do this, if I would be one of the top people doing that, or even if it’s just something that I’m really the best at given, is there something else that I can provide more value with? And that’s something that I realized as long as I started this program and back in August 2020, I I kind of had this passion that came back as I was starting to have more hand like be more hands-on and be more in contact with the clients and find the clients that I really wanted to help, you know like those that really you can create a connection with. And so, I remember having been on several calls with you, that was very very very good, where I remember you called me out several times on some some little wackness that I was putting out there, I had some ideas, I wanted to shake things up and took me a while, took me a while to really get clear on what I wanted. But then obviously helping men in their relationships, I think I could potentially expand this to women as well later on because my approach is very psychology based, but like helping in those areas, the relationships, especially like you said nowadays with social media, there is less and less contact, real contact, conversations are more surface level, people searching for that connection for something deep, more passion, more adventure, something that really sparks them, right? And yeah, that’s just how I knew that this was something that I wanted to pursue. If this will change in 10 years like you, I have no idea, maybe, but it’s a good start.
Max: Nice, I love it, I love it. And I do remember the the calling out parts, this was my favorite parts, to be honest. So what do you think, what do you think, so you mentioned a little bit that big lesson for you was to learn from your audience, what was if you would look at the past couple weeks in our program, what was the biggest lesson that you’ve got from that?
David: The biggest lesson from the program, so I think I understood pretty well what everybody says, which is you know, you have to know your client better than they know themselves, but what really made the difference is, so just to back it up, between September and October, I made 11,000 euros, and it worked pretty well and I was pretty happy, I thought it was a good start. And then in December I made nothing, I was I was kind of on a, I had a you know a dry spell. And I joined your lead generation boot camp, which really kicked me in the butt for one simple thing, I remember one sentence, I don’t know if it was you or or Dario who said it, but that’s really turned my head around, it was something like, you know, you don’t just have to know your client, you also need to become the ideal coach your your client would like to see, right? And that that really hit me, that’s when I started to work harder, to present myself better, to you know not just pretend like I know my audience and that’s what counts, but also how to actually do the work in the way yeah they would like me to do it. So yeah, that was really the the the big shift, and you know that changed from zero to thirty thousand just in the mentality, so that’s really the takeaway that I have from the program, yeah.
Max: Love it, love it, that’s that’s super fantastic. I mean, yeah, Dario, Gabriella our legion expert and I, we we’ve we really really pour everything into these these lead gen modules and the legion boot camp in your case as well to really make sure like if you’re a beginner client, you know what you get into. And and you’ve mentioned something interesting, this is something we see a lot with people who make their first money, especially when they crack the first 10k, oftentimes they’re like okay now I’m good, and then they become arrogant or almost even even a complacent with what they’re doing, and they stop implementing the correct things. And we always say that like this program is not a magic pill, not nothing is a magic pill, you keep have you have to keep listening to us, you have to keep listening to the proper path and you still have to be on that, because otherwise you fall from grace, right? And then you’re going to have a much worse of a time. And you know, you got your stuff together and cracked the 30k right afterwards, so pretty solid.
Daily Life and Future Scaling Plans
Max: What does your day-to-day life look like now? This you’re in you’re in Prague right now or where exactly?
David: No, I’m in Geneva, Switzerland.
Max: Oh, that’s right, that’s right, you said you are originally from from Czech Republic.
David: Yeah, right now making your business work in Switzerland is a guarantee that it has value.
Max: 100 percent, so beautiful. Hey, I’ve only been to Zurich every time, I never make it down to Geneva, but obviously once the travel restrictions are little, exactly, I’ll let you know. You are obviously also very very well invited to hang out with us in Kiev once traveling is be made easier. But anyways, what do you do exactly on on a daily date, what does your day look like?
David: I mean, that’s the beauty about this thing is that it’s always different, right? But I keep my routine solid, so in the morning I work out pretty much every day, it’s a lot of sport, so every day is that’s something that I take for myself. And then usually I go to work, it’s really mostly about connecting with people, potential prospects, doing some lead generation, and right now since I start to have too many clients, obviously I have to take care of them, so I reply to them and I also start to plan on on slowly automating the program, maybe transitioning to something more scalable, recording some stuff, doing some strategy on on the social media, obviously watching the new advanced program, I will be part of my day-to-day life from now on. And later in the afternoon, I usually have all my calls, so usually I dedicate Thursdays and Wednesdays for my calls, so it’s pretty much, last Thursday I had calls from 10 a.m to 6 p.m non-stop, and then I joined one of the live calls with you guys, so it was pretty much calls all day long. But I have two to three calls a day right right now. And yeah, just following my clients, trying to provide them the most value possible. And do you think I either I learned myself, whether it’s through this or something else, or or I just chill, I hang out they have my girlfriend, I message people here and there, and yeah, just taking it slow and trying to keep the balance there. I know it’s very easy to burn its cards on that.
Max: Exactly, like it’s all about the balance, knowing knowing when you want to hustle hard, knowing when you want to chill. And this is something to wrap things up slowly, it’s something that I always loved about having a freedom business, I love working hard, it’s very fulfilling for me, you know this is not for something that is somebody that is lazy and just wants to make a quick buck, this is for somebody who actually wants to build something legit. And and I love working, and I love the fact that I can work extremely hard and long if I want to, but at the same time, if I want to take a day off, whether that’s Monday or Tuesday or Sunday, I could just do that. And that’s that’s what I love about it. It’s kind of cool that you mentioned the same, but yeah, you got me on that, that’s my weakness as well.
David: Yeah, yeah, it happens from time to time, you need to, you need like especially as a coach in something more emotional, right? Probably happen to you when you’re doing the dating thing, if you if you stack up 10 calls in a day, at the end sometimes you just, you just you know you just want to go away, you don’t want to see anybody, you want to recharge or do something cool, so the next day it’s good to have a break, obviously.
Max: Exactly, I think you cannot do a regular job. And the next the next steps for us, for you is now also to just make it more scalable, right? That means you can work more on your business and not in your business, you can remove yourself from that equation. And we always put it this way, making your first 10k or in your case 30k a month, that’s the hard part, like you’ve done the hardest part. And we always say that like this program is not a magic pill, not nothing is a magic pill, you keep have you have to keep listening to us, you have to keep listening to the proper path and you still have to be on that, because otherwise you fall from grace, right? And then you’re going to have a much worse of a time. And you know, you got your stuff together and cracked the 30k right afterwards, so pretty solid.
Daily Life and Future Scaling Plans
Max: What does your day-to-day life look like now? This you’re in you’re in Prague right now or where exactly?
David: No, I’m in Geneva, Switzerland.
Max: Oh, that’s right, that’s right, you said you are originally from from Czech Republic.
David: Yeah, right now making your business work in Switzerland is a guarantee that it has value.
Max: 100 percent, so beautiful. Hey, I’ve only been to Zurich every time, I never make it down to Geneva, but obviously once the travel restrictions are little, exactly, I’ll let you know. You are obviously also very very well invited to hang out with us in Kiev once traveling is be made easier. But anyways, what do you do exactly on on a daily date, what does your day look like?
David: I mean, that’s the beauty about this thing is that it’s always different, right? But I keep my routine solid, so in the morning I work out pretty much every day, it’s a lot of sport, so every day is that’s something that I take for myself. And then usually I go to work, it’s really mostly about connecting with people, potential prospects, doing some lead generation, and right now since I start to have too many clients, obviously I have to take care of them, so I reply to them and I also start to plan on on slowly automating the program, maybe transitioning to something more scalable, recording some stuff, doing some strategy on on the social media, obviously watching the new advanced program, I will be part of my day-to-day life from now on. And later in the afternoon, I usually have all my calls, so usually I dedicate Thursdays and Wednesdays for my calls, so it’s pretty much, last Thursday I had calls from 10 a.m to 6 p.m non-stop, and then I joined one of the live calls with you guys, so it was pretty much calls all day long. But I have two to three calls a day right right now. And yeah, just following my clients, trying to provide them the most value possible. And do you think I either I learned myself, whether it’s through this or something else, or or I just chill, I hang out they have my girlfriend, I message people here and there, and yeah, just taking it slow and trying to keep the balance there. I know it’s very easy to burn its cards on that.
Max: Exactly, like it’s all about the balance, knowing knowing when you want to hustle hard, knowing when you want to chill. And this is something to wrap things up slowly, it’s something that I always loved about having a freedom business, I love working hard, it’s very fulfilling for me, you know this is not for something that is somebody that is lazy and just wants to make a quick buck, this is for somebody who actually wants to build something legit. And and I love working, and I love the fact that I can work extremely hard and long if I want to, but at the same time, if I want to take a day off, whether that’s Monday or Tuesday or Sunday, I could just do that. And that’s that’s what I love about it. It’s kind of cool that you mentioned the same, but yeah, you got me on that, that’s my weakness as well.
David: Yeah, yeah, it happens from time to time, you need to, you need like especially as a coach in something more emotional, right? Probably happen to you when you’re doing the dating thing, if you if you stack up 10 calls in a day, at the end sometimes you just, you just you know you just want to go away, you don’t want to see anybody, you want to recharge or do something cool, so the next day it’s good to have a break, obviously.
Max: Exactly, I think you cannot do a regular job. And the next the next steps for us, for you is now also to just make it more scalable, right? That means you can work more on your business and not in your business, you can remove yourself from that equation. And we always put it this way, making your first 10k or in your case 30k a month, that’s the hard part, like you’ve done the hardest part. Now, it’s literally just about being smart, setting up systems properly.
