Kyle’s $110K Month After Switching to High-Ticket Coaching (Client Interview)
Interview Transcript
The $110K Breakthrough – From Struggle to Success
Max: The best month it was probably around 110k. Biggest regret was not doing it earlier hands down one thousand percent like it’s a no-brainer. If you have a big brand on YouTube or Instagram and you’re not making at least seven figures a year then pay attention now. Our client Kyle here went from low ticket BS to now proper business making over 100,000 in a single month. I got him in an interview we talked about the process that we’ve helped him implement. He’s absolutely crushing it super inspiring so enjoy.
Max: It was so cool to kind of see you stepping up and just growing along with the company and then it just got better and better and better. It was really really cool. It also kind of like reminded me of me when I did the dating thing and I switched over to high ticket. And what you did is when you came to us you were basically a similar situation like I was in the beginning. You had an info product low end info product but no high ticket stuff yet right?
Kyle: Apart from the exactly yeah exactly yeah. So when I came to you I was doing super low ticket super low ticket. I was doing like a $10 a month subscription, $20 a month subscription and then like a $250 digital program I think was like my high-end offer.
Max: Yeah crazy. And then we basically switched over to high ticket and then things went really kind of quickly.
The Game-Changing Transition – Why High Ticket Changes Everything
Max: What was it for you like the biggest game changer from the low ticket to the high ticket?
Kyle: It was difficult actually. I feel like I was very stubborn to do it because I was like stuck in my ways and not really understanding business and being a perfectionist and crafting this brand that I had built single-handedly. And it was a it was a process to learn to one start delegating tasks and and not have super control over every single thing because I wanted to. But also man there was so much there’s so many different things like it’s hard to narrow down into one specific game changer. But I think one thing was just like I noticed that once we started charging more money ironically enough we started getting more results for the clients too which I think was like a really big thing you know. Because I was used to trying to give out everything for a super low offer because I wanted everybody to have everything. Through that transition it you realize one you start to attract a higher clientele based a more motivated clientele base and and because of that the coaching is received more they take more action you get more results. I feel more fulfilled as a coach and I make more money at the same time so it’s a win-win on both ends.
Max: What what would be interesting for me to know is like do you notice a difference between the kind of three-day boot camp in person thing which you’re also I think still doing at least you still did it and though and the and and the long-term mentoring thing right?
Kyle: So I actually don’t only do boot camp anymore like the only way to even come out with me you’ve got to be in the mentorship. Okay you have to because like what I’ve realized is like I I had guys that came out on boot camp I would go out with them two three four days in a row push them they get some results they get some social momentum they go back home and then like in the next one two three months they pretty much just like revert back to the same person that they were before the boot camp you know. And they just left on this like social high and the coach isn’t behind them to push them into into doing anything. So for that reason like I stopped I stopped doing that. Yeah I also noticed that the high ticket ironically enough it it helps more just because like you learn to start taking action by yourself. I mean obviously there’s accountability and the guidance is there but like in order to actually make a change dude you know it’s like you can’t go out in two days and just become a completely different person right. It takes it’s a process for anything even if you’re growing a business like it is a process. Mentors obviously fast track that but what I notice is that like the long-term structure is like how you can actually make a true level identity change whether it’s in dating social skills or in building a business or an empire right.
Max: Yeah it was kind of the same for me we noticed very simple. I mean I’ve had a couple boot camp clients that kind of like took the boot camp as like a catalyst and then they would keep going out but that was more the exception. The usual guys they were crushed during three days and then you would see them on another boot camp six months later and you’re like they’re just exactly majority of people like I don’t think it’s enough they need more accountability they need more long-term guidance with anything.
The Entrepreneurial Evolution – From Coach to Business Owner
Max: When you kind of like because it was interesting that you mentioned before you kind of put the dating maturation process and kind of in parallel of like what you go through as a as an entrepreneur and I really noticed that with you as well. I really gotta give you big props for that as well. When we started working with you you had you had a huge potential and you were obviously really good at your craft and then as we started working together more and more you started becoming better and better at the business side of things. You started taking much more responsibility. How how did that process feel to you and what were kind of like the biggest key takeaways?
Kyle: It was it was a lot it was I mean it definitely took several months. I think me personally like when when something really clicks with me and I really start to enjoy doing I like become obsessed with whether it’s like dating and social skills or literally the business side of things too. So it was like at first it was more about dating and social skills and and coaching but then like once I got the program set up and you helped me build out the course uh the first couple months went by the rev the revenue started going up I started getting guys more and more success. I think the other side of it was okay now we need to like dial back the expenses of the company and actually like you know stack some serious cash. So I I just I realized that was like the next point I had to put attention into and then the more I dove into the sales aspect and and the business and I don’t know I just got more and more and more into it like I I legitimately like business like a lot at this point you know. So it’s it’s interesting how they go hand in hand like sales and and and pick up honestly it is somewhat similar.
Max: Yeah that’s always cool. I mean I honestly think like out of all the skills the dating advice personal development side of thing has the most parallels with business. I notice it more and more myself and that’s really cool that you went through that. I mean I’ve seen it with you I’ve literally watched it and I also feel like at the end at the beginning there was some resistance but once he got hooked onto it it was like I’ve nev there was a completely new Kyle. I was like holy shit he’s really hooked on the business side of things and holy shit he’s executing and that was when things really started taking off and it was really cool to see that from my perspective. I really loved watching you just go through that and just take off that was really cool.
The Million Dollar Mistake – Advice for Brand Owners
Max: What was interesting about your background is you came to us and you know we have some advanced clients that come to us that already have a brand and you came to us and you were basically just sitting on this pile of potential cash and you were not aware of it. What do you think if if someone’s watching this right now they also have a big brand but they’re not monetizing with high ticket yet what are like the most important things that you learned that you say that you would tell someone else in a similar situation?
Kyle: The biggest things I learned if so if you already have a brand and you’re not doing high ticket man like you’re like I could confidently say I left over a million dollars on the table like for the two years that I was already building my business that I that I didn’t do high ticket. The only thing is that biggest regret was not doing it earlier hands down one thousand percent like it’s a no-brainer. It’s a no-brainer if you’re not doing that you don’t have a business I feel like.
Max: Honestly it was the same for me. I built this brand for three years before I even monetized it with a low ticket. I mean I did boot camps but yeah you know and then I did a high ticket and we instantly I think three 3.5 mil in the first year and then 4.5 in a second and it was insane. I’m like why haven’t I not done this and like you said it’s a win for the clients too like clients will get better results than ever before and especially in the dating news it’s so crucial.
The New Lifestyle – Daily Operations and Financial Strategy
Max: Once you’re so you you have your you have your staff you know you you’re transitioning them into full-time in-house what does a daily life look like coach Kyle nowadays?
Kyle: Work day is probably first thing in the morning I go to the gym just walk on the treadmill for like an hour catch up with uh some content either studying or reading or just helping out clients for the first like hour 90 minutes of the day uh that’s before the that’s before my team gets in here. Then they’re in here um overseeing them I’m putting out content I’m upgrading my program I’m helping out clients running a live lecture actually. I’m I’m relatively busy but like it doesn’t feel like work at the same time you know. It’s it’s a hustle it’s it’s grinding obviously but you know if you do what you love it doesn’t really feel like work honestly.
Max: Hell yeah amen from that aim into that. What are you what are you doing with the money what if you bought if you bought anything you invested in anything?
Kyle: I put multiple six figures into um some stocks and crypto and then I still have I have a big tax a big tax return coming up that I gotta pay actually. Aside from that yeah well really the goal is to save up like shit million dollars so that way when I can move I can get a really nice spot without putting a dent in my bank account and still you know like I want to if the goal is to get to Miami and I don’t want to be out there trying to live like a really luxurious lifestyle where I’m like stressing every month. Like I want to have a lot of money stashed away where I don’t know god forbid I need to one two three years like I’m still like secure you know what I’m saying. So I definitely have been saving some have been investing some and then on top of that like I just upgraded to a crazy apartment out here that’s like the main thing I’m doing. So yeah it’s like saving some investing some and then I guess using the rest like for my lifestyle but majority I would say is saving honestly.
Max: That that’s perfect that’s super happy to hear man it’s good because you’re looking forward to the future watch this man watches yeah I know you’re big into that too until you get into that as well you can’t get rid of it. Anything else you want to have mentioned anything else we didn’t touch on?
Kyle: Aside from just going from about 10 to 15k a month to six figures a month I think on top of that you brought a lot of awareness to my brand my positioning um targeting a more mature audience the mindset in general work ethic like running an actual business and not just going from like a hobby passion that was making me money to actually like building something that could be really shit big you know. So I thought all that was great. I thought the accountability the live calls with you were really good the insight like all the insights from that having cell phone access to you was was very powerful too. If I ever had any questions uh you and the team were always on point with that as well and and just keeping me in check to know like you know with put putting the fire under my ass when I needed it at times and also congratulating me and giving me inspiration motivation at times to have that balance to kind of accelerate my results. So it really was a pleasure working with you bro.
Max: All right now if you see this and you say hey I also have a big brand I want to monetize it but I don’t know how go ahead and book a free consultation call with us down in the description. I put a link here you fill out the application you talk about what exactly your brand does and so on and so forth and then we give you a free consultation call either me directly or an expert from my team.
