The Success Story – From Doctor to Online Coach
Max: Welcome back to the channel. Max Tornow here, I’m sitting here with Andrea Delmonte who is one of our clients. Andrea, you just made, how much was it? 14,000 euros over the last eight weeks?
Andrea: Correct, yes.
Max: Two months, 14k. Obviously it’s not bad, right? It’s a good start. We kind of met yesterday. He’s in Kiev and we said hey, if you’re already here, we’re gonna shoot a quick video, kind of share a little bit about your story and obviously 14k in two months is not bad to start. We kind of shared some strategy with you yesterday. Next goal if you’re wondering is gonna be 25k a month. We’re gonna get you there and then obviously we’ll scale it more and more and more. We kind of talked a little bit off camera of what is your goal with your business, the online business?
Andrea: My goal is to be free and to make one million.
Max: Yeah yeah, one million. This guy, he wants to make a million and I told you back then too, I don’t think it’s a big enough goal, yo. A million like I said, it’s like a little, it’s cool once you get to your first million but the thing is like once you’re at the first million, you don’t get to your first million by accident. You get there because you’re building structures and processes that get you there and then you’re so into it, it’s just like bam bam bam bam bam bam and then you look up and it’s like, oh, I’m a million, anyways. And then you just keep.
Andrea: You get more automatically like.
Max: Yeah yeah, exactly. Again, you don’t happen to go to the million. You just work and work and work and all of the sudden it’s there but at that point, you’re so in the momentum. When I made my first million, I didn’t feel anything. I even shared that story when I had my first million, I went to the store to buy a PS4 and I was already looking at the price and I’m like, oh 400 bucks? I’m not sure, like I wasn’t sure if I wanna buy the PS4 with the bigger hard drive because it was more expensive and then I realized like oh, I have money now. I can just buy it.
Andrea: Still had the same thoughts.
Max: Yeah, it’s crazy. Here’s an interesting point to know about Andrea. So you’re a doctor, you like in Italy close to Milan somewhere, right? And that is really interesting because you were a guy who came from the traditional route. You studied medicine to become a medical doctor and then you said this sucks, I don’t wanna be a traditional doctor where I have to work. I wanna use that knowledge and build my own online business. What is it exactly that you’re offering now to your clients? What are you helping with?
Andrea: I’m helping them with losing weight and getting their best shape with body in mind.
Max: Okay sounds good. But you were before that you were a regular medical doctor, right?
Andrea: Exactly, I worked offline with my own business as a doctor and doing pretty much the same things. But now I get better results for my patients and also better money, so.
The Reality Check – Traditional Medicine vs. Online Business
Max: Better money. Yeah, that’s obviously, yeah. It’s interesting, so how much do doctors usually get in Italy like a month, like a regular doctor?
Andrea: Yeah, I think the average is around the 3k a month to 4k a month.
Max: That’s horrible. I mean, I’m sorry that we’re laughing. If you’re a doctor watching this, like I’m sorry.
Andrea: It’s true, you know.
Max: The thing is too, you study so long as a doctor. You told me earlier, six years, you study six years at university and then you get out and after having sacrificed six goddamn years.
Andrea: Most of the people study 10 years actually.
Max: Jesus, how long did you study? Did you do the six years?
Andrea: I did six years and I also did some other years, like two more years of that.
Max: Jesus. And then you’re like ready to make the money and then you’re making 3, 4k a month and you didn’t, you also said that you were not location dependent. You have to show up in person, right?
Andrea: Yes, of course. Just like I was telling you, it’s like being an employee basically because it’s your own business but you have strict schedule with times with patients and you have to be in your clinic, so yes, basically it’s not much different.
Max: Did you enjoy it or did you just like suffer through it or how did you feel before you started being an online coach?
Andrea: Of course I couldn’t say I was feeling horrible, but I want to be free. I have high standards for myself and so yeah, I mean, I could eat and stuff but yeah, I want really to reach to the next level and that wasn’t leading me anywhere. Wasn’t leading me anywhere.
Max: I mean, that’s a big, I do have to share some positivity about you too because if you’re watching this too, you might wonder like okay, what is an ideal client? Well Andrea, he’s always been, you’ve always been someone who executes. You came into the program and when you started with us, you did have a lot of whack ideas and that’s not a bad thing. I have whack ideas oftentimes too and then we just kind of said hey, this is wrong, do it this way, and you never had your ego come up was like, oh man, shut up Max. This is better, like you always just executed the exact things that we told you and I think that goes along very well with your goals and with what you just told me, that you wanna execute, you wanna get things done, you have high standards for yourself and that is an important trait for anybody who wants to learn any better. At this point, I wanted to mention that as well and now you’re doing everything online?
Andrea: I’m doing not everything online but I’m on my way to do that and so I think soon it could happen.
Max: Nice, do you have any plans of like when you fully transition into online, do you wanna stay in Italy, do you wanna move somewhere else, do you wanna travel, what’s your plan?
Andrea: Well you know, the good thing that I think is a good thing is that actually I don’t know and that’s actually the reason for which I want to be free because I want to be free to say I don’t know where I want to live, you know. And so maybe I will stay in Italy, but maybe not.
Max: Yeah, sounds cool. I mean, I’ve been to Milan and it’s one of my favorite cities. I’ve watched, what’s that band called, U2, U2, that was last year with my girlfriend in Milan. I mean, you live a little bit further away from but this whole area, it’s just really really goddamn beautiful.
Andrea: Yeah, so I can change city, I can stay in Italy and change city and I can maybe take a six months in the USA and six months in Italy.
Max: Good point, man, good point, yeah. A guy like you in the USA gonna have a lot of good times. He looks very young, that’s good for you though. You look very like a very healthy looking guy.
The Winning Formula – High-Ticket Coaching That Works
Max: Now what exactly is your process with your clients online? With all your online clients, you coach them one on one or how exactly are you doing that? I mean, I know, but I want to shown them.
Andrea: Yeah yeah, I coach one on one and the program with Max gave me a great structure so I basically am getting better results than before. So yeah, it’s awesome. You get good results. They are follow step by steps and so yeah.
Max: Is it hard for you to coach your clients? Do you spend a lot of time having to coach them or is it mostly that they just execute?
Andrea: No, absolutely not because if you sell high ticket, I think you basically choose the person you work with and they basically, they execute. Of course, we have to help them but it’s not that hard. It doesn’t take much time.
Max: That’s the thing too, like love that you said that. My background from my first business, the dating advice business, like I used to sell info products for a couple hundred bucks and.
Andrea: They didn’t execute.
Max: Yeah, nobody, it was a sad thing. Like there would be a couple of people that would get great results because we just sold thousands of these hundred dollar info products, but at the same time, I would just see people just like, I bought the program and like two years later, they would ask the biggest newb question and they would just not execute. They would just watch the program, just binge watching.
Andrea: They take notes.
Max: Yeah, take notes, like they become like these theory junkies. It was very sad to watch and then I also started transitioning.
Andrea: I actually have a friend of mine that bought one of your programs and it was like that. He was taking notes.
Max: Yeah, and then you have like a pile of notes and no results and then you would ask them, like oh, I’ll get results at some point when I start executing, you know. And then I started doing proper coaching where you can keep the client accountable, where you can get in touch with them et cetera and then instead of doing a cheap $200 program, I do a premium program for 2,000, 3,000, 4,000 and so on so forth but then I commit a little bit of time to them and then they would all get results just like you said. You get a bunch of action takers which is, you know, ’cause some people watch like, oh I don’t care if they give me money, they give me money, you know. But at the same time, it’s good to get money and also give them proper results because why is that so important? Number one, I enjoy it when somebody, when I wake up with testimonials, people making money, like you making money, other clients, everybody’s making money, I’m like there’s progress being made. It makes me proud, it makes me hyped so when I go shoot a video by myself, I’m like, this stuff works. I’m happy that I can share that.
Andrea: You can also convey more trust in your own business.
Max: 100%, 100%. And also, I mean to be fully honest, I want my clients to get results so they’re happier to continue to work with me. If you get one client, let’s say you get one client for 3k and then they don’t execute, that’s it, you got 3k and that’s it. But let’s say they execute, they get really good, and then they come to you once your program is over and they say, hey, I love the work so much. I got all these results. Can we continue working? And you say yeah, you can do the advanced program for 5k, 10k, whatever, so the lifetime value of a client is much higher than the one time value.
Andrea: So true, so true, and also if you have a program like this that you basically are in contact with your clients like almost every day so in the end, they love you. And so it’s a good relationship and it’s easy to sell them something then.
Max: Exactly. You have raging fans that not only are fanboys that don’t execute, but especially there are raging fans that execute and they love you because they get results which again like this is a perpetuum mobile that’s like upward spiral of success and like you said, you’re getting in touch with them almost every day and I have dozens of clients that I for example mentor one on one together with my team and it doesn’t take me long. Most of them I have on WhatsApp. I’m waiting at the elevator for example, in this building the elevator’s hella slow so I just like read the message, I’m like boom boom boom, voice message, voice message and they go, boom execute and I could do that from anywhere. Next week I’m gonna go get another tattoo. After that I fly to Helsinki to visit my girlfriend and we’ll just hang out there and every time I have nothing to do, I just reply to all of clients and you know or read their testimonials and how they’re making money. It’s just a wonderful flow way of giving value just on the spot.
Andrea: It’s totally a win win because they love that and it’s also easy for me, so.
Max: Yeah exactly, exactly.
Learning From Failure – The Wrong Way vs. The Right Way
Max: So you earlier you told me a little bit of a funny story, like you said you started, you tried to start an online business by yourself already back in the days. How did that go?
Andrea: Awful. Because I was selling a program for like 200 euros and first of all, I didn’t sell many and second it was quite cheap and so it was a disaster.
Max: I think you mentioned, wasn’t it like you sold consulting sessions like one hour blocks or something like that or did you still sell a program?
Andrea: No, it was a single consulting session for like 200 euros.
Max: That’s a big problem that this is what many people that are kind of on your level that already have an expertise that say like, oh I have the expertise. I wanna make money. People at that level make that mistake. They say, oh I’ll sell like a one hour call with me and then there’s a bunch of things that are weird because number one, you have to convince the prospective client how much that your one hour is worth that much, right? So for example if sometimes people come to me, they say, hey can I have you on Skype for one hour one on one, I say yeah, give me 20,000 euros and I’ll do it and some people do it because they just have the money but overall I say, I won’t sell you one hour of mine. Instead, I’ll sell you a transformation, an end result. You’re at point A as a prospective client, for example, you’re watching this right now, you’re at point A. Maybe you have a nine to five job that you hate similar to you and you wanna have freedom as an online coach being your own boss so your nine to five job, your current situation is point A, freedom is point B, right? So when you come to me and you say, can I have an hour of your time? I say, yeah, give me 20,000 or tell me what your end goal is and I’ll see if I can get you the end goal ’cause at the end of the day, I don’t want you to pay me for my time. I want you to pay me so I can give you a transformation, so I can get you from point A to point B and that’s why it didn’t work out at first where you said, oh, I’ll sell an hour of my time.
Andrea: Possible clients were comparing my price to the competition.
Max: Yeah, and that’s all you have. That’s all you can compare.
Andrea: I didn’t have anything to differentiate myself.
Max: And that’s a bad thing. Instead what you should do, again if you’re watching this, like create a package, bring in a client from point A to point B and say, okay like you, ’cause then it’s hard to compare because you say like, what is it worth for you to get to that end result? How much would you pay to be able to in your case lose weight and sustain it? When you say, hey, I can give you a transformation, bring you from point A, you have too much weight, you feel unhappy, unattractive, whatever it is, to point B, you feel happy, you feel more attractive, you’ve lost weight.
Andrea: Exactly, when I ask my potential clients, how much is it worth for you to get in the best shape of your life? Of course it’s a high number.
Max: Yeah exactly and that’s how easy it is, right? And yeah, that’s the kind of process that we bring you through. Now I kind of mentioned it from my side when you started out you had some whack ideas and we told you how do you go through the process. How was it from your side when you started getting results from us? Like how did it look like from your side?
Andrea: Yeah I mean, it was just incredible because you get more confident and that’s what really helped me, I mean, mindset think. You get more confident, you trust in yourself and you really believe you can make good money and help people and yeah, the mindset thing is really so valuable.
Max: Was that the biggest lesson that we’ve gave you, that it was more about the mindset? ‘Cause everybody says different things. I’m just curious.
Andrea: Yeah, I mean it was about mindset and I think that’s probably the best thing, but also about the process of the sales, of selling. It was a huge thing for me because I come from a background with no sales knowledge at all. So that was really helpful.
Your Path to Freedom
Max: That’s cool, man, that’s cool. I mean like I said, I’m super duper happy that you started to crush it more and more and obviously next goal 25k a month should not be a problem. I have some strategies to share with you right after this and you know from there, we go 50k, 100k and so on so forth.
Andrea: From tomorrow, right?
Max: Yeah, we’ll try a little, it will take a little longer but we’ll get there and then once you reach your million, you can buy me another Rolex. You’ve heard it first now. Putting pressure on my. Yeah, basically, well you could do that after two million two. That’s not like a big. Anyways, do you have anything?
Andrea: How much is a Rolex by the way?
Max: It depends which one. Starting at 10k up is starting the kind of good ones. But I’m just, I’m kidding, you don’t have to buy my anything. Anyways, do you have anything you wanna mention to the viewer here? Any last words that you wanna say?
Andrea: Yeah, what I can say, I mean, it’s also to have your online business and I think if you execute things and don’t take things personally, don’t have a huge ego and just trust what they tell you, you can get great results. Don’t lose faith because of course, it’s not gonna be everything easy, no, but in the end, it’s gonna work.

Andrea: So true, so true, and also if you have a program like this that you basically are in contact with your clients like almost every day so in the end, they love you. And so it’s a good relationship and it’s easy to sell them something then.
Max: Exactly. You have raging fans that not only are fanboys that don’t execute, but especially there are raging fans that execute and they love you because they get results which again like this is a perpetuum mobile that’s like upward spiral of success and like you said, you’re getting in touch with them almost every day and I have dozens of clients that I for example mentor one on one together with my team and it doesn’t take me long. Most of them I have on WhatsApp. I’m waiting at the elevator for example, in this building the elevator’s hella slow so I just like read the message, I’m like boom boom boom, voice message, voice message and they go, boom execute and I could do that from anywhere. Next week I’m gonna go get another tattoo. After that I fly to Helsinki to visit my girlfriend and we’ll just hang out there and every time I have nothing to do, I just reply to all of clients and you know or read their testimonials and how they’re making money. It’s just a wonderful flow way of giving value just on the spot.
Andrea: It’s totally a win win because they love that and it’s also easy for me, so.
Max: Yeah exactly, exactly.
Learning From Failure – The Wrong Way vs. The Right Way
Max: So you earlier you told me a little bit of a funny story, like you said you started, you tried to start an online business by yourself already back in the days. How did that go?
Andrea: Awful. Because I was selling a program for like 200 euros and first of all, I didn’t sell many and second it was quite cheap and so it was a disaster.
Max: I think you mentioned, wasn’t it like you sold consulting sessions like one hour blocks or something like that or did you still sell a program?
Andrea: No, it was a single consulting session for like 200 euros.
Max: That’s a big problem that this is what many people that are kind of on your level that already have an expertise that say like, oh I have the expertise. I wanna make money. People at that level make that mistake. They say, oh I’ll sell like a one hour call with me and then there’s a bunch of things that are weird because number one, you have to convince the prospective client how much that your one hour is worth that much, right? So for example if sometimes people come to me, they say, hey can I have you on Skype for one hour one on one, I say yeah, give me 20,000 euros and I’ll do it and some people do it because they just have the money but overall I say, I won’t sell you one hour of mine. Instead, I’ll sell you a transformation, an end result. You’re at point A as a prospective client, for example, you’re watching this right now, you’re at point A. Maybe you have a nine to five job that you hate similar to you and you wanna have freedom as an online coach being your own boss so your nine to five job, your current situation is point A, freedom is point B, right? So when you come to me and you say, can I have an hour of your time? I say, yeah, give me 20,000 or tell me what your end goal is and I’ll see if I can get you the end goal ’cause at the end of the day, I don’t want you to pay me for my time. I want you to pay me so I can give you a transformation, so I can get you from point A to point B and that’s why it didn’t work out at first where you said, oh, I’ll sell an hour of my time.
Andrea: Possible clients were comparing my price to the competition.
Max: Yeah, and that’s all you have. That’s all you can compare.
Andrea: I didn’t have anything to differentiate myself.
Max: And that’s a bad thing. Instead what you should do, again if you’re watching this, like create a package, bring in a client from point A to point B and say, okay like you, ’cause then it’s hard to compare because you say like, what is it worth for you to get to that end result? How much would you pay to be able to in your case lose weight and sustain it? When you say, hey, I can give you a transformation, bring you from point A, you have too much weight, you feel unhappy, unattractive, whatever it is, to point B, you feel happy, you feel more attractive, you’ve lost weight.
Andrea: Exactly, when I ask my potential clients, how much is it worth for you to get in the best shape of your life? Of course it’s a high number.
Max: Yeah exactly and that’s how easy it is, right? And yeah, that’s the kind of process that we bring you through. Now I kind of mentioned it from my side when you started out you had some whack ideas and we told you how do you go through the process. How was it from your side when you started getting results from us? Like how did it look like from your side?
Andrea: Yeah I mean, it was just incredible because you get more confident and that’s what really helped me, I mean, mindset think. You get more confident, you trust in yourself and you really believe you can make good money and help people and yeah, the mindset thing is really so valuable.
Max: Was that the biggest lesson that we’ve gave you, that it was more about the mindset? ‘Cause everybody says different things. I’m just curious.
Andrea: Yeah, I mean it was about mindset and I think that’s probably the best thing, but also about the process of the sales, of selling. It was a huge thing for me because I come from a background with no sales knowledge at all. So that was really helpful.
Your Path to Freedom
Max: That’s cool, man, that’s cool. I mean like I said, I’m super duper happy that you started to crush it more and more and obviously next goal 25k a month should not be a problem. I have some strategies to share with you right after this and you know from there, we go 50k, 100k and so on so forth.
Andrea: From tomorrow, right?
Max: Yeah, we’ll try a little, it will take a little longer but we’ll get there and then once you reach your million, you can buy me another Rolex. You’ve heard it first now. Putting pressure on my. Yeah, basically, well you could do that after two million two. That’s not like a big. Anyways, do you have anything?
Andrea: How much is a Rolex by the way?
Max: It depends which one. Starting at 10k up is starting the kind of good ones. But I’m just, I’m kidding, you don’t have to buy my anything. Anyways, do you have anything you wanna mention to the viewer here? Any last words that you wanna say?
Andrea: Yeah, what I can say, I mean, it’s also to have your online business and I think if you execute things and don’t take things personally, don’t have a huge ego and just trust what they tell you, you can get great results. Don’t lose faith because of course, it’s not gonna be everything easy, no, but in the end, it’s gonna work.
