Max: How much exactly have you made last month?
Robin: 38k. For me, one of the eye-openers was like, even if I have someone who just uploads ads that saves me so much time. I was doing everything myself, writing, designing.
Max: All right, welcome back to the channel Max Tornow here. I’m sitting here with a client that you might recognize Mr. Robin Bouwman. The last time we’ve talked he was making roughly 10K a month, and here’s a little update because he just cracked 38,000 a month. So we’ve almost quadrupled your monthly income, profit by the way is also stream, still extremely high which I want to congratulate you for. So Robin, again, how much exactly have you made last month?
Robin: Yeah. So, 38K in revenue, yeah.
Max: That’s euros or dollars for you?
Robin: Euros, yes, yes, yes.
Max: Nice, nice. Well, congrats on that, well done and what exactly is it that you’re offering to your clients?
Robin: So I help my clients, which are mainly coaches, consultants, service providers, and kind of like the online entrepreneurs, online advertising mainly Facebook and also YouTube advertising.
Max: Nice, fantastic. What do you think was the leveraging factor that has helped you with our help to get from 10K a month now to the 38K a month mark?

Robin: Yeah, the number one factor was leveraging my existing clients. So what I did was what you instructed. I did a client interview, you know, we talked about kind of like this, like what happened, how he experienced the whole thing and a lot of people resonated with that because they were like, “Oh, this is actually a guy who’s like down to earth, not making any crazy promises and is, you know, doing this in a really technical proper way.” And that guy knew a lot of people, so they instantly trust me because I was working with that guy and running his ads, so that was definitely a game changer.
Max: The classic, the classic. It’s a thing module 11 or 12 in one of our more advanced programs, the testimonial mastery, how to get good testimonials, how to basically show that you do have real results that you’re getting to your clients. Say what we’re doing right? I mean literally every single one, every single review that we’re posting here on this channel we always link the Instagram of everybody. Also when you go on Trustpilot, most of the clients have their real first and last name on there, you can contact them, you can find out whether or not they’re real. Some clients did ask if they can have an alias because they’re in a more sensitive niche and that’s obviously fine as well, that’s something that we respect and, you know, things like that, that kind of transparency, that level of transparency, that level of honesty, and also the level of results that you’re delivering to clients. Those are obviously very, very big factors when it comes to the marketing and yeah, that’s what you’ve been doing so successfully as well, and what I also love is I think a big factor that has helped you to go from the 10K a month to the 38K a month is that client-centric, you are client-centric, you understand that the better you, the better you deliver to your clients, the better it is also for your business, right?
Robin: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That’s 100%, that’s why people want to go and interview with me and talk about how they experienced it and also if you give them great results like I got a guy who did a webinar about the cold showering and he had, he got like almost 4k people live in his webinar and, you know, stuff like that, they seem really happy and that can really change their business. So, yeah, and for sure, and also I realized, oh, you know that as a coach that YouTube advertising is super interesting. So yeah, at some point I started giving that as an extra service, like, hey, what if you get, you don’t want to be just depending on Facebook advertising and YouTube advertising, you can, you know, say a lot more things that are a bit more like on the results side or the promising side on Facebook. So, you know, maybe for e-com that’s not that interesting, but if you are a coach and you talk about stress or burnout or business results, you know, if you do that on Facebook, you get banned and if you do that on YouTube, it’s fine. So that’s also just something I just listen to my clients and I just look at what was happening in the market.
The Scaling Blueprint – Systems, Delegation, and Team Building
Max: It’s good because when I look at your client journey with us, you know, you came into our beginner program, you started that from scratch. Then you got into our advanced program, then we quadrupled your, almost quadruple your results. Got to be transparent, 38 is not 100% quadrupled, it’s almost quadrupled your monthly income and it’s with time, with clients like you, with time we always see how everything starts clicking, right? So when we teach you in the beginning to understand your audience, to speak the language of your audience, to, you know, understand their pain points and what they’re responding to, it might just be like one of the things that you have to learn. But then later on all these things start clicking together with your overall message, with your type of communication, with your clients, with your own marketing and so on and so forth, and these things just start clicking more and more and more, and that’s the beauty of it when you do things correctly in the first place. We get this over and over again that someone messages me on Instagram for example and they say, oh, I have this business, I tried this, I tried that, I’m currently doing this and I’m not making nearly as much as I should be making, and it’s because they, the mistakes are so intertwined in their systems, it’s almost like this cancer, this like tumor that is in that has eaten itself into the process that is so hard to then get that out, whereas if you just do it right from the get-go, you save yourself a lot of worries, save yourself a lot of sweat and blood and tears, a lot, a lot of energy and time, and that’s what we’ve done with you and we can see how things are clicking and to be honest Robin too, I mean, I’ve told you just the other day as well, what you’re doing right now is you’re having, you literally are driving a very fast car with a lot of horsepowers, but you’re having the handbrake on right now because you, you could be like, when I told this to Nikita earlier, we were at the dinner, I said, look Robin could easily be already banking 60 to 70k a month with the current setup that you’re having. The only bottleneck for you is right now that hiring, right? We’ve just started hiring, just started the hiring process for you to get your first team members on board. We have one, I think now on board, but if you hire two, three more people, you could even crack the first six figure a month already.
Robin: Yeah, true, that’s, that’s a new part for me, that’s, yeah, that’s like first it was like what you said, understand the language and I was like, yeah, if I just tell them get sales that’s enough, but no, it was like, you know, get, you know, these kind of sales through this system, yada yada, that’s what I was doing wrong. You know, ecommerce is different, doing it for real estate is different, or doing it for coach is different, so not just saying, getting sales and getting revenue would actually go into the nuances and then that started working and then that wasn’t a problem anymore and then I leveraged the clients. Now I have, I’m actually saying no to clients that I’m not sure that I will give them like, you know, insane results because I’m like, I’m a bit, you know, tight on time, so I’m not gonna hire, uh, I’m sorry, higher, take clients who I’m not 100% sure that I get them results. So I have to say no and I have to be careful with who I take on and, yeah, now I need to, but also step it up because I think I was doing everything myself, writing, designing, coming up video scripts, uploading all the ads, so if I can get someone for, you know, the writing and the design, then I think my results will even get better, but that’s the struggle right now.
Max: Yes, yeah, 100% and that’s, you know, ever since, so you, we’re in our beginner program, we got you to your first 10k, then you got into our business branding master class which is a little bit more advanced, now you’re making 38k, and then, uh, ever since then, we’ve gotten you and on board with the more advanced program that is now helping you scale to seven figures a year and you’re on the best way to do so Robin and, uh, yeah, part of that is going to be, uh, hiring, systemizing, and delegating, and the cool thing is you’re doing b2b service providing, this is a niche that is predominantly thought of as unscalable because just like you just said, like so far, you’ve been doing it all yourself, you’ve been setting up the ads, you’ve been writing the copy, but when you systemize it and you kind of adapt it into, it’s almost like a conveyor belt approach, you’ll be able to just hire people who might not have the bird’s-eye strategy view that is needed to hold it all together that you have, but if you hire someone that is only responsible for the targeting, if you hire someone whose who’s only responsible for a copy, if you hire someone who’s only responsible for, uh, you know, sticking to the template, if you, if you set up templates and so on and so forth, you’ll actually be able to take on massive amounts of clients. The quality remains the same, the quality might actually even go up because now instead of you having to juggle all the balls, you now have one person who just does copy over and over again, and this is something that we’ve noticed in our business as we grew and I hired specialist coaches that I would just train to become specialists at, you know, niching specialists at a profile building specialists at dming, they would end up doing that much more than me myself, so all of a sudden they would actually take over in their skill set, and now these things are not only not being done by me, but they’re also being done by someone else, but also they’ll be, they’re being done better than as if I had done them myself, and that’s exactly that sweet spot that we can get you in, and the thing is too, like you have such extremely high profit margins that, you know, it’s so easy for you to just hire someone and you barely even notice that at the end when the profit comes out.
Mindset Shifts and Eye-Opening Realizations
Robin: Yeah, true, true, true, and, yeah, that’s what I’m looking forward to even improve the, the, the quality of my service, and it’s funny because for me one of the eye-openers was like, yeah, like even if I have someone who just uploads ads, you know, if I don’t have to do that anymore, that saves me so much time, and, and that means I have time to actually think about improving the processes or writing better copy, so then I was like, yeah, actually it makes sense to have someone to do that, and the same with copywriting, so that was an eye-opener for me. Every, everybody feels the same, but also if they start giving, uh, my media ads, so I, they outsource it to me like, yeah, but I know my own business better, but that, that’s most of the time not happening, like I never happened that I didn’t do at least, at least the same results, which is already, I mean, for them because they are saving time, and most of the time the results are better, so that, that was an eye opener for me, I was like, yeah, if they can just copy paste the text in, in the ad, that saves me already a lot of time, and that’s not yet, that’s not a skill that everybody can learn eventually, so exactly, yeah, but that’s a bit of an ego thing I felt for myself, yeah, I have to do everything myself, if you read a lot of things, you can at least let someone else do, yeah, exactly.
Max: People have, people, especially business owners, they have this type of hybris, and I get it because if you’re building a business from scratch to, you know, your first five-figure month, um, what happens is your success is directly correlated to your ability of doing all these tasks, so you’re kind of holding on to that, like, I’ve built my five figure business, this is me, right? And then you come in and you, and you, you know, you maybe come to us and we say, okay, you have to start process, uh, you have to process everything and you have to start delegating things, but they’re like, no, no, no, this is all I have, me executing these tasks, that’s what has got me in my first five figures, but ultimately what got you here won’t get you there, so you have to learn how to delegate these things. Robin: Ah, only that I listened earlier and that I was started raising my prices earlier, and that would have been, uh, great, so, yeah, that’s, that’s something that I’m gonna do now, or that I started doing to start raising my prices, look more for premium, even more premium clients, and, uh, or work with more commission deals, so that’s, yeah, I can really understand big, big steps from here.
Max: Yeah, I mean, the thing is too, Robin, what you’re doing is so valuable for other businesses, it, it, it’s, it’s something that always pays itself, right?
