The $49K Monthly Revenue Reveal

Max: Vinicius nice to meet you again well actually nice to see you how much did you make exactly last month in total?

Vinicius: About like 49,000.

Max: 49,000 how much of that is cash flow?

Vinicius: 25k.

Max: Nice man all right I have a very cool interview prepared for you here so our client Vinicius just correct 49,000 in a single month coolest thing is he’s from Brazil so absolutely crushing it what exactly he’s selling how exactly he’s getting so many clients and how he’s handling that and what is he doing with the money is exactly what you’re going to be seeing now in this interview so let’s get started for someone in Europe almost 50k in a month is pretty good but especially for someone in Brazil that’s freaking fantastic man and like I said we we were so close to crack the 50k and it was like 49.2k or something like that but yo we’re gonna get it uh you’re pretty well on Pace now so I think we’re cracking sooner or later probably this month month if not the next and we’re going to be close to it uh tell people what exactly is it that you’re doing what are you coaching?

The Weight Loss Clinic Business Model

Vinicius: All right so I’m a doctor right I’m here in Brazil and I work in the weight loss Niche with my clinic with my weight loss clinic business right that is like an in-person business and I help other doctors that are here in the area or in the whole country to uh do the same to get like paid customers for their like Weight Loss Clinic so they help their patients it’s like a Fitness business coach right?

Max: Yeah the the difference is that I’m a doctor and I help only doctors do that which is like a yeah yeah high buying clothes yeah exactly so it’s a good Niche 100 so you’re basically doing marketing for other doctors and uh you’re crushing it it’s pretty cool and like again like you know from working together with you you’re someone that’s always just executed no ego um just executing a thing and you know like making 49k in a month um is your reward for that so big lesson for everybody that’s watching this since you’re an advanced client of ours we are using Google ads a little bit of webinars and so on and so forth okay tell me a little bit more on how you’re getting your clients.

The Instagram Ads Strategy That Works

Vinicius: Almost 100 from Paid ads like uh Instagram ads so they they come to the like I I do like a photo shoot uh like a video shoot of the ad and then I I published this ad I have a ad manager and then they go they click on the ad they go to the landing page on the landing page they can like directly book The call uh via currently so then they they just appear in my calendar and then either I make the clothes or my my closer makes it close that’s it.

Max: It really is no rocket science you know a lot of people think in order to make fdk they got to have all kinds of funnels social media podcasts and whatnot but in reality it’s just like a single source of leads in your case It’s ADS uh like I said yeah that’s all you really need and just to clarify because some people will be like oh but Max I thought we don’t need ads well to get the 10K a month you absolutely don’t need ads I mean please do watch the dozens upon dozens of interviews that we have with people making 10 20K a month without any ads there’s a time and place for ads though and that’s exactly when you want to be growing beyond the 2030k month mark That’s where ADS can be very very helpful so in your case also also because it’s automated like I said like for you clients come to you you just have to go close them and now you have a closer who helps you with that we’re helping you train these closers we’re helping you manage them and so on so forth and ramping them up and I think we’ll pretty soon get to a level where these closers or that first closer is at your level and then you can kind of delegate that and you’re not even involved anymore in the closing process either it’s pretty cool because it always depends like there’s different kinds of business owners there’s business owners who say like oh don’t take away the closing from you that’s the one thing I love the most and they kind of like we help them automate more with the delivery side of things and then there’s coaches who said like oh let’s get the sales out my way as soon as possible so I can focus on the other stuff.

Vinicius: To be honest I was I was the guy that loved closing I still love closing but um like after I’m doing like 20 20 sales calls in a week I’m pretty tired I also have the other business to take care of I’ll have the employees I also have the plans of all kinds of things so I was like okay so it’s time to delegate that yeah but yeah I still love it.

Max: Yeah for sure I mean yeah poor you huh too many people wanting to buy for me um so with this business here how many uh team members do you have right now?

Vinicius: Yeah we got like an ad ads manager which one is one General assistant and coach and uh the closer and that Designer to do the websites and the website yeah that’s that’s like four people which is like more like a freelance freelancer kind of guy.

Max: Yeah I mean yeah exactly so like like the the web designer that’s something you know know the guy works on some new design that said it’s not like you have to pay them every single month they’re not like on a on a fixed salary type of thing and um and you know the other thing closer pays himself because it only gets paid in commission and then personal assistant um slash coach that’s always something that uh you don’t see directly paying itself off because theoretically you could coach these people yourself and kind of save yourself the salary of that person but at the same time it pays itself in terms of time for you right so if you hire a coach uh and a person helps you with the delivery side of things super easy and then also if you have a personal assistant who helps you with a bunch of other small tasks that you know you usually you don’t want to be doing that’s also super duper helpful and yeah that’s basically it and that’s the cool thing um I I have multiple assistance with all kinds of tasks because I’m just like I’d rather have the free time other than you know I’m happy to be paying a couple thousand dollars a month just on assistance just so I have the most spare time myself but yeah man you’re crushing it that’s really really cool where are you based right now?

Vinicius: Brazil where exactly uh Brazil is called a receiver it’s like a beach you know why um why are you staying there is your favorite place are you planning to go somewhere else you plan to move around a little bit what’s your what’s your plan mate?

Max: Yeah I actually I have like an in-person business so I have I I’m there like once a week but I’ll delegate that like once I have more like uh more other doctors because I’m also scaling my other business you know so it’s uh I’m putting all the other doctors to work there for me uh so pretty soon I have like the like the geographic freedom to just go wherever I want but right now I like I have like time Freedom like I pretty much do everything I want with myself like it’s crazy it’s crazy crushing crushing and crashing.

The Power of Mentorship and Having No Ego

Max: You know if you look at the the things that you’ve learned from from our program the beginner program as well as now the advanced programs like what what lessons stand out what was the biggest lesson for you?

Vinicius: Yeah like for me like European beginner problem is program is like the the perfect season for for getting started exactly just perfect like if you want to get started in like with your online business you just need a system a step-by-step system that you just follow like just follow to get to 10 20k that’s that’s what I did uh but then like you you got you got this this wall when you get to like 10 20K like you said like the ads and the advanced stuff and then I was like okay so I need you guys to coach me with more like personalized stuff like like really really tell me what to do in this Advanced Paris I was just talking to you the other day like Hey we’re doing like this much What’s Next Step what can I Implement and that’s when I got into to you guys like Advanced program which is like basically you guys are almost like my business partners like all like almost all decisions I I go to you guys and uh and you guys help me out and then I make more money it’s just just simple math you know simple math man.

Max: Yeah it’s true like I said I think your big Advantage as an entrepreneur is you have very little ego you’re just like tell me what to do and I’m and I’m going to do it and it brings you very very far that was one of the things that helped me in my journey to always kind of be like well I have other people that are better like I have access to other people that are better than me at these things so let me just ask them and you’d be so surprised how many people fail because they think they know it all because they they’re too arrogant because they mistake feedback as like some sort of attack on them and attack on their identity and so on so forth and I haven’t seen that from you which is probably one of your biggest traits as an entrepreneur and that’s very very good like over the time like the older you get you’ll notice that yourself how important that trade actually is.

Vinicius: That’s actually funny man because like I don’t have ego with people that I trust you know like nice like I chose you so everything you say I just do but like other other people that I work with I I guess I had the ego with them because I didn’t really trust what they said because maybe they didn’t got the results that I wanted so I guess it’s just like a logical thing for me like you’re from their head so you know what you’re doing I can see that and then I just I just follow the steps you just no rocket science and if and if I I’m messing up I really want you to tell me that I’m messing up otherwise I’ll make less money.

Max: Oh we do you know you know that we do sure for sure yeah cool honestly man what what are you gonna do with this money do you have anything planned do you want to spend it on something you want to invest in something you just want to keep it put it back?

Reinvesting Everything Back Into The Business

Vinicius: This man I’m like I’m I probably need to change that but I’m the most like uh all all I make I just want to put it back into the business I I I spent like maybe 800 bucks 500 bucks a month with fun stuff like going to restaurants going to traveling I just I just like to put it back in because like it’s fun for me like business business is fun for me is more fun than than just going to places and randomly like staying at a beach looking at this guy like yeah put it back in the machine you know.

Max: I mean this this is so smart like it’s so much better to live below your means and and not draw happiness from you spending money there’s actually really cool research that’s been done of like there’s P there’s two kinds of uh hormonal and chemical brain chemical reactions in people when they spend money number one uh and that’s what most people are they start getting dopamine when they spend money you know so they go to Starbucks they buy the nine dollar coffee dopamine they go to Zara they go to Louis Vuitton they buy the 400 belts dopamine and then there’s other people where it’s actually not dopamine but the opposite like stress being triggered when they spend money so even if they have millions on the bank account and they’re like buying a pair of shoes that is like nicer to pay they cost like 200 bucks or 400 bucks or a thousand bucks that just get stressed like even if they have millions they’re like I get stressed when I do that one thing that I’m always is literally getting the biggest dopamine Rush from when I’m spending money is actually on mentors and teachers I just literally two days ago I spent 52k on a mentoring and it took me four minutes like I was on the call I’m like yeah how much is it okay yeah that’s cool I do that please send me the link I’ll I’ll transfer it right away and it’s like it was like the easiest close you know and I do this all the time and yesterday there was a call with someone who’s like yeah blah blah I asked for some service and he’s like yeah it’s going to cost 10 to 20K and I’m like sounds good let me know how much it is exactly send me the payment link over to email and I’m just gonna click and buy it because I know like you said like that money is going to come back like 10x 20x100x and and therefore it’s an easy decision for me to make anyways man I’m proud of you I’m happy that you’re crushing it like I said like next time we’re gonna crack the the 50k at the actually 50k like those last 800 bucks we can get in next time is there anything else that you want to mention here for the view or anything you know that you want to talk about?

Vinicius: If you have the exit yet like to initiate this process of great you know your business your online business in your kind of procrastinating it’s just literally like fear and like the antidote for fear is just knowing what you what the how you’re doing so how do you know what the hell you’re doing to get like just get a mentor just get someone that got there so it’s pretty obvious I I guess you you said that 100 times yourself too let’s just just look for someone that has the lifestyle they want that’s doing all the things that you want just spending money and just get the results that’s it like and with the proven path like the fear will just go away you just you just know what you’re doing.
