Dream Partner Coaching Success: $17K Monthly Revenue in Dating Niche
Interview Transcript
What Is Dream Partner Coaching?
Max: All right, welcome back to the channel. Max Tornow here. And today I’m sitting here with our client, Sam Bizzell, Bizzell?
Sam: Exactly.
Max: That’s how you pronounce it? And last month he made 17,000 euros?
Sam: Dollars.
Max: Or dollars?
Sam: Dollars.
Max: $17,000, and it’s very interesting. What he does is he helps men find and attract their dream woman. And it’s very, very cool to see you making $17,000 within a month and obviously congratulations for that.
Sam: Thanks.
Max: And I kinda wanted get you here on our office, invite you to Kiev to just kind of talk about your story and how you managed to get there and to maybe show a little bit of an inspirational story to you, the dear viewer here. So yeah, first of all, Sam, I think it’s great that you’ve been always executing. That’s from our side. And we’ve had our conflict moments.
Sam: Yeah, definitely, in a good way though.
Max: Yeah, I think that’s in a good way.
Sam: It needs to be.
Max: Yeah, it needs to be. Just like I have my conflict moments with my mentors, you know? But at the end of the day that’s how it brings you further, right?
Sam: Yeah, massively.
Max: So yeah, first of all, what exactly is it that you teach your clients?
Sam: Yeah, so I’m helping guys like busy professionals and entrepreneurs to meet, attract, and keep their perfect girlfriend. So, yeah, taking them from wherever they are, like normally they have like a successful business or their other parts of their life are going really well, but they’re missing this one bit or they have never quite figured out how it is that it works with meeting women. They’re really good guys. They’re great guys and it’s just helping them to find that final piece, like the missing piece of the puzzle, right?
Max: Yeah, and we kinda talked about this yesterday off camera as well, that’s usually there’s, like there’s so many guys out there that have everything going for them, right? They’re successful in their business, they’re traveling, they’re well-read, well-educated, but they’re just for some reason just lacking this, like they they don’t have a woman on their side. They’d love to have a girlfriend. They could give a lot of great things, but they can’t because they’re lacking maybe the social cleverness, maybe the calibration, stuff like that. And it’s great that you come in there.
Sam: Yeah, the crazy thing is is with these guys is say to them, pretty much all of them, I’ve worked with quite a few guys now, but they’ve already got the end result, right? They are the end product. They would be a really good boyfriend, they’d be a really good husband, father for kids and stuff like this. But unfortunately there’s just a few things that they’re missing, they’d never quite figured out how it works. So it makes it kinda easier or it’s a good thing because you don’t need to reinvent the wheel or anything, like they’re already pretty cool guys and they’ve got a lot to offer but then it’s such a shame to see that they’re kinda stopping themselves. Like they’re the reason that they don’t have what they’re looking for. And that’s, it’s really nice to work with them because it’s like I speak to them and they tell me the things that they’ve already done in their lives and I can see that they’re really sweet guys but it’s such a pain point for them, like this frustration of seeing guys that they’re like, “Why is she with that guy?” Like why on earth would she be with him and it’s kinda true. When you understand how attraction works you get why she’s with that guy. But if I can help these guys kind of realize what they’ve been doing that’s stopping them or sabotaging their end results, then they will get the women that they deserve to be with, right? And those girls would be really happy to be with them ’cause they are good guys, they’re sweet guys, and they just want to have the right partners in their life. And then a lot of them, they’re motivated to have that girlfriend, maybe the wife, maybe the kids and stuff like this. So yeah, it’s amazing to help them.
Max: Exactly, that’s the cool thing because it’s you’re not there ’cause you just got started but at some point you’re probably gonna be invited to wedding for people.
Sam: Yeah, exactly!
Max: Like thanks to you these people get married, you know?
Sam: Yeah, exactly.
From Shy Guy to Dating Expert – Sam’s Personal Journey
Max: And that’s what I like about that, ’cause again like we talked a little bit yesterday, it’s like this was something that you’ve just worked on yourself, right? You told me yesterday you were, you used to be a really shy guy and you used to be the kid that never really got anything done with the opposite sex, and then you decided hey, I want to get better at that myself. And now you’re taking that personal experience and you’re adapting it to your clients.
Sam: That’s exactly it. In many ways I was them. When I was younger I wasn’t really, you know, well you’re a kid, right, and so you’re kinda clueless. But then you kinda stumble your way through school. I got lucky at university, right, through like persistence and just luck. I ended up having a girlfriend but then I had no clue how it worked, like no idea. But then deep down I kind of felt like okay, like there’s something that I could work on. Maybe it’s something that should be different, it should be better. I was frustrated, I had no guidance. I had no mentors or coaches to help me. And then I probably wasted quite a lot of time. Like as classic example, like figure it out on your own, or watch the YouTube videos and stuff like that, but yeah, it was a really personal journey that I went through and now I can really, really help guys because I know it sounds like cliched but I literally was in their situation. Like I really was. I experienced everything that they’re experiencing. I didn’t even know it was possible first of all, so I needed my eyes opening to that. And then after that I didn’t understand at all how it worked. So it was really frustrating because I kinda felt like I think I’ve got some stuff to offer people but like what is it that’s stopping that happening, and so, yeah, going through that journey, and now to be able to help other guys with something that was so deeply personal to me and to see how it really impacts their life on a really, really deep level. And it has significant changes in their life because it changes the direction of what their future is.
Max: Of everything, yeah, yeah, their entire life.
Sam: The future that they’re gonna have, the partners they’re gonna have, the family they might have in the future, these kind of things. But then more immediately it just helps them feel like that pain is being fixed, right? And when you lie there and you’re just so kind of frustrated on a weekend on your own, and like I wouldn’t mind having someone just to spend some time with. Like what the hell is wrong with me?
Max: And you wonder what’s wrong with you because you’re doing everything that society tells you is fine, right? But so when you talk about your clients, it sounds like you really, you know what they’re dealing with and you know how to fix that but you don’t have any certificate in psychology or something like that?
Sam: No, no, no!
Max: It’s really just your own personal experience.
Sam: Yeah, this is my experience. It’s kind of funny because after going through that journey probably I felt kinda, no, hopefully not arrogant, but like I knew a lot about it, right? I’d been in that world and I kinda figured it out. I met amazing girls and have an awesome girlfriend and that came from that journey. And so I was already helping people but without knowing I was helping them. So just like friends would ask me for advice or even if they didn’t ask me for advice I was kinda like preaching to people, right? ‘Cause I’m like, “This is so important! Like, you need to figure this out!”
Max: And that’s great. We have that with many of our clients to say, “Oh, I’ve already had a bunch of quote unquote test clients ’cause I’ve been helping my friends for free the whole time.” And that’s a good sign when you start helping your friends or people in your immediate environment it’s a good sign that hey, you’re on to something here.
Sam: Yeah, I’m crazy.
Max: You can turn this into an online coach.
Sam: Exactly, that was the crazy thing. I didn’t even know that was really what I was gonna do but then I think deep down I knew that’s what I wanted to do. Right, so maybe there was some other ideas that kinda sounded more like, not like it’s unacceptable, but it was easier to do. Maybe other ideas in my head, but then to really just honestly think about what is it that I really care about, what can I really help people with, how can I change people’s lives the most, what can I have the most impact with? I’d already been speaking to people whether they needed my help or not. Just I was fascinated by, like from about this whole thing. And so the idea of doing that with your help to then be able to do it as a business, it’s just perfect because it’s like I was already kind of talking to people about it, unpaid.
Max: Yeah, yeah, yeah, just for fun.
Sam: Which doesn’t help me. It doesn’t really help them ’cause they don’t really do anything about it. They’re just like, “Oh, that sounds cool.” Maybe it changes some people but the bigger impact is to turn that into a business and to help people that are really looking for that specific help. And then of course it’s great for me because it’s like well my hobby now pays me pretty well so it’s a pretty cool place to be.
The Reality of Online Coaching – Less Work, More Freedom
Max: And that’s cool too because what does your everyday life look like with your clients, ’cause many people often think, oh, now I gotta coach these clients every day for hours? But you’ve been, you were in Hamburg before, you traveled from Prague where you live to Hamburg and then from Hamburg here. You’re here with your girlfriend. She’s sitting out of the frame and you guys are havin’ a good time. So how much work is it to actually, for you, coach these clients?
Sam: That’s a good question, it’s a funny question to think about, right? Because in terms of an actual amount of time with the clients, it doesn’t take much time at all. I have one call with each of them per week and that’s very manageable, but it doesn’t feel like work. That’s the other side. That’s why it’s like a funny question, right, because it’s like well even when I’m on a call with them they’re like some of the highlights of my week. I get off the call and I’m like that was really cool. Like that was epic! The guys are really interesting guys, right? They’ve got cool stuff happening. They kind of inspire me and I inspire them and then it doesn’t feel like oh, I’m working right now. It’s just something that I’m enjoying doing. But in terms of an actual amount of time, it’s let’s say like, I don’t know if I’ve got seven, eight clients at a time, then it’s probably maybe less than 10 hours a week that I’m just actually on the calls with them. So then the rest of my week is my week.
Max: Pretty good trade-off for a 17K in a month.
Sam: Yeah, and you can do it anywhere, right? Like literally it doesn’t matter if I’m traveling, it doesn’t matter if I’m in Hamburg, like you said, or now I’m in Kiev. I have a call tomorrow morning with somebody. He’s in Australia, I’m here. So but it doesn’t matter. I can still just act like normal and just have that call and it doesn’t change anything.
Max: It’s the same for me. And this is something that people really have to understand. So you’re obviously only at the beginning and I really mean it that way. 17K a month, that’s the beginning. There’s a lot more possible. And in the beginning what we always tell our clients, do one-on-one, right? That’s exactly what you’re doing right now. So you have one-on-one coaching, you do one-on-one coaching with your clients. And then later on you can transition into group coaching. Once you know the in’s and out’s, once you know what exactly the issues are, and actually group coaching are even more beneficial for many clients because they feel kinda the vibe of the group. It’s like imagine you’re sitting around a campfire and everybody’s motivating each other and it’s really, really great. And that’s what we’re doing mostly. We do a lot of group coaching. So our clients, they get access to all of our experts. We have multiple calls per week with them. And I also have VIP clients that have one-on-one access to me. And there it’s the same ’cause people say, “Oh, so now they, Max, they have one-on-one access to you. They have your phone number. Isn’t your phone ringing 24/7?” ‘Cause I have quite a lot of one-on-one clients but that is not true because what you always gotta understand, and you know that for sure as well, is client is going to busy executing. They’re not there like a child, like calling you every day. No, usually what it looks like is like you’re bringing your client from point A to point B. In your case it’s point A, your client is lonely, got everything else going for you, but doesn’t have a partner. Point B, the end result is has a, found a dream partner, was able to attract her, get her into his life, and so on and so forth. And in order to get from point A to point B client has to do a lot of things, right? And just on the way there they need to have a little way pointer, right? Hey Sam, I’m doing this right now. Can you help me, right? And like you said that’s very, very, that’s very easy to do as an online coach. For you in your case you do one-on-one calls. As you’re getting more and more clients you’ll slowly transition to a group coaching and one-on-one on the side. We’ll go through that with you together. But that’s the cool thing too. Even when you do one-on-one, like a voice message, right? A quick voice message, one or two voice messages per day, usually are enough ’cause then the client has to be like oh, cool, thanks for telling me what to do. I’m out to execute now. And just before you came here, like on my way into the office, I was just fixing a problem for one of our clients. They’re like, “Oh, I have this employee.” One of our clients was a little further already. They’re making 100K plus a month and so he has an employee that has a little bit of trouble executing properly and he’s like, “What do I do, how do I manage it?” And I’m like da, da, da, da, da, I’ve been there, do this, do that, boom. It was a two minute voice message, right? Client gets back to me, “Thank you very much. We’ll execute, we’ll keep you updated, right?” And you could do that with 10, 20, 30 one-on-one clients. It doesn’t take a lot of time.
Sam: Yeah, definitely. No, I found that as well. Sometimes it’s just a very quick fix. And what’s really fun, but for them it’s a massive impact, right? So for us it can be something that doesn’t take too much of our time or energy but for them it’s like the exact thing that they need which really helps them. But then also like when you have a client, clients are different but often if you work with the right people, if you position yourself the right way, they’re gonna be motivated, they’re gonna be taking action, they’re gonna be executers, right? And so when you work with those guys, sometimes my clients have already worked with somebody in terms of like a financial coach or something, right?
Max: So they know the validity of coaching.
Sam: And then they know the value of their time themselves, right? So if someone wanted to work with them or whatever, they’re like well I don’t want to waste his time with un-targeted questions or whatever, so actually it makes it kinda easier. But yeah, also it’s just very, it’s different with each client but some of them I won’t hear from almost for like a week, right? And then you’re like well I’m kinda trying to follow up on him and make sure everything’s okay and then he’ll just be like, “Yeah, like it’s really cool. I had like, I went out and I did X, Y, Zed, and then over the weekend I had like four dates with awesome girls.” And you’re like okay, sweet.
Max: Great! Please continue.
Sam: Keep doing it! Carry on! And then it’s just funny how it works. Yeah, I don’t think I have anyone that was like overly needy and it’s definitely not overly time consuming. And when it is something that you love doing, like I literally say this on the first call to my clients, like what I need from them and I just say to them, like “I can help you much more if you keep me updated, if you just inform me about what’s happening. Like I can really, really help you. And if I don’t hear from you like I just assume everything’s going okay.” And so I actually love it when they’re asking me questions because otherwise I wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing, right? I’d be in the wrong industry.
Max: Exactly.
Sam: I like to help these guys. And so, yeah, one, it isn’t massively time consuming, and then two, the time I am spending, I genuinely enjoy it.
Max: Here’s what I would like to know your take on. I feel like this type of coaching, many people falsely think it can only be done off-line, right, similar to fitness coaching, for example. Like oh, I need to stand next to the person as they’re doing the squats and in your case I need to be there with the person. But you’re doing it purely online, right?
Sam: Uh huh, exactly.
Max: What’s your take on that? How does it work online better than off-line?
Sam: Yeah, so sometimes I have to address this, like when I’m maybe talking to potential clients, like leads, or definitely when I’m, if I’m explaining what I do to somebody and how it would work. But I think it’s so much better. It’s really easy to say this, right, it sounds like of course I’m gonna say it, but I think it is so much better because there’s other options. Maybe they can do things like in person with somebody but that’s like such a short fix. And I say to them like you’ve said to me as well, like what you need is transformation. You don’t need information. And then secondly that transformation can only come over time. Like you don’t transform somebody really in like a day. So you can have a big impact, you can help them change the way they see some things, but then there’s nobody holding their hand. And I literally have clients who’ve previously worked with maybe other coaches in other ways, and it’s a weekend kinda like bootcamp situation. But then after the bootcamp they’re like, “I have nobody I can ask questions to now.” like it’s like maybe they got so motivated by that bootcamp and then they’re like okay, this is really difficult. Now this guy is not holding my hand. Like he’s not next to me, he’s not physically pushing me to take action. It’s really, really difficult for them to continue that momentum or just actually make progress. And then also they hit a new sticking point and they can’t ask anybody. They’re just on their own and they’re like, “Aw, this sucks!” And I think it’s much more, it’s so much better to have the transformation. Like I work with people for 12 weeks, right? So what you can do in 12 weeks it’s significant.
Max: There’s a lot of things you can do in 12 weeks.
Sam: And you’re there step by step. Like you can really help them with their unique problems and I think that doesn’t just go for my industry. I think like, or my niche, right? Like any different niche, I know guys in the fitness industry and I think the value that their clients get from them by working with them online just is so much better than in person because I think unless you were literally next to them in person every day for three months.
Max: Which is not scalable.
Sam: It doesn’t work well for a business. It would probably drive me crazy as a coach. And I don’t know if the client, they would probably have to pay a lot of money for that, right?
Max: Plus I almost feel like if you did it in person it’s almost like too much babying the client, too much hand holding. ‘Cause at the end of the day they need to still go out and take action themselves, right? And it’s something that we tell our clients. I think I told you that as well. It’s like imagine that we’re your sherpas. The coach is your sherpa, can carry a lot of the heavy load, right, tell you where the pitfalls are gonna be, but at the end of the day if you want to ascend the mountain you have to walk, use your own legs, right?
Client Acquisition Mastery – From Cold Outreach to Paying Customers
Max: Now before we wrap up, how are you getting your clients? You’re doing mostly reaching out to clients manually on LinkedIn, right?
Sam: Well, for me it’s a combination, right? So over the months or whatever time I’ve been doing this, it’s kinda gone between LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. And then sometimes I’d like you kinda hit the gold, all right, and then you keep digging. So if LinkedIn worked at one point sometimes I would be like okay, this is the way to do it. But generally if I kinda spread out my time over them, nowadays it’s mostly like Facebook and Instagram. And it’s literally incredible. I kinda just have to smile to myself. It’s just like there’s clients that I’m working with now that maybe the quickest has been like a two day turnover, right, where it’s like yeah, I connect with the guy through Facebook.
Max: You reach out to them?
Sam: Yeah, like literally just never met the guy before, making contact with them, whether it be through like Facebook groups or whatever it is, and then the next day or two days later he’s my client. And then I just kinda sit there, or I’m with my girlfriend, and I’m just like I’m not like laughing like ha, ha, I’ve got his money, like unlucky. But it’s more like wow, like the opportunity we have right now with social media, that’s insane, right? Like you can literally, you can make a lot of money, like all, literally every penny that I’ve made since working with you guys, well I have one client that I knew from before, right? And that was like a guy that was in my extended network. But other than that it’s all been just complete strangers that I’ve reached out to through whatever, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. I just made contact with them and then find out like, okay, this guy, he’s genuinely really happy that I’ve connected with him ’cause he’s like wow, like you are the exact cure that I need.
Max: Yeah, you really help people by reaching out.
Sam: Yeah, you really do!
Max: You’d be surprised how many people are like, “Oh my God, this is exactly what I need”, right?
Sam: Yeah, you think you’re gonna annoy them, right? You’re like oh, like I’m disturbing this person’s day. Maybe one or two. Like in the whole time I’ve done it I think there’s been a handful of cases where the guy’s kind of like aggressive about it or something, not even. Like it’s just like they’re like, “Do you always do this to random guys on Facebook and stuff?” But then they’re like okay. Once you’ve already seen the impact you can have then it’s like, I see it as my job to just handle that. Like okay, maybe one person’s not gonna like it but most people are gonna be quite responsive, like they’re not gonna be offended by it and a lot of them are gonna be super-excited. They’re like wow, this is exactly what I need. And so it’s, you know, you just kinda handle that pressure. You just do what you know you need to do. And it was something like a mindset thing as well where maybe when you begin, when I began, it’s like I’m taking this person’s money or like I’m just trying to sell them something online. It’s really not like that at all. Like now I just see it so differently as like, like I think I said to you yesterday, now I wake up and I’m like who else can I help, right? Like it’s that drive. It’s like you’ve seen how much you can help people and you’re like cool, like now I’m just like excited. Before I go to sleep I’m just lying there. Like this was a great day, maybe I’ve got a new client and my clients are doing really well. And then I wake up and I’m like cool, like who can I, who am I gonna meet today that’s gonna need my help and I can like change his life?
Max: That’s a beautiful mindset to have, you know?
Building the Future – From 17K to 50K and Beyond
Max: And to clarify, what we’re gonna do now with you goin’ forward is we’re gonna help you build a small niche brand. We’re in the midst of that. We kinda talked about YouTube before, before we turned on the cameras. And right now how many followers do you have on Instagram?
Sam: I wouldn’t even be able to guess but it’s very small.
Max: Like 1,000 or 2,000, or something?
Sam: Yeah, like I follow more people than are following me. But I think it’s funny that in terms of my exact target audience, because my Instagram kind of existed before. It was like a personal one that I adapted. But I would say in terms of my actual audience that’s my target audience, like maybe 500 to 1,000, right, not even. But everything that I’ve got from there, like multiple clients have come from there.
Max: That’s the great thing ’cause that’s exactly what we teach right, how to start a highly lucrative online coaching business with manual lead gen, reaching out to clients. And then from there create a highly lucrative small niche brand. And like looking at the amount of followers that you have now and that you made 17k in one month compared to like how many other people have hundreds of thousands of followers, making no money.
Sam: I don’t know, that’s crazy.
Max: So it’s crazy, so yeah. The next steps, as we’re wrappin’ up, the next steps are for you going to be you were 3k short of 20k. That was so sad ’cause we were like ah, come on, you could make it but we’ll do it this month.
Sam: It’s funny how it changes, right? Like when you’re like damn, only 17!
Max: Only 17k! So yeah, obviously next milestone is the 25k for you. We’re building upon the small niche brand and we’ve already built a website which you also didn’t have before. So we’re in the process of building that up and then we’re gonna get you to 50k a month and so and so forth. Make your first key hires and slowly but steadily make it in a way so you have your team do most of the work and so on and so forth. I’m very excited about that. Big advantage for you is you execute, you take feedback very, very well. As some might know I could be quite harsh to work with but you take it well, and it’s never meant personally either.
Sam: No, man, it’s in a good way, right? I think you have to just, it’s so much better. I had to learn this for I was being mentored by you but like you almost need that like open mind. Like just clear your mind of like any preconceptions, any ideas, and be humble enough to just be like well there’s somebody here who is where I want to be. Like they’re gonna tell me and they’re gonna be honest and then I think I could see like you know if you tell me something you’re quite patient the first time, but of course, like if I keep making the same mistakes, I don’t take it personally. I don’t go home and cry.
Max: That’s perfect, that’s good.
Sam: But I’m like well yeah, I’d rather this guy just told me honestly and the more I’ve done that and the more I’ve like just literally followed the steps and taken your advice and shared with you what I’m doing and not be scared of like oh, like he’s gonna shout at me or something, the results speak for themselves, right? So it’s kinda like well yeah, the more I listen to these guys the more money I’ve made so I should probably just keep listening to these guys, right?
Max: Wonderful, wonderful, yeah, perfectly said. Can’t really add anything to that. And when you also say this sounds great, you also want to become successful as an online coach, right, as an online service provider. You want to see if and how exactly we can help you. You can book a free consulting call either with me directly or with an expert from our team. There’s a link down in the description below. You click on that link, brings you to a page.
Sam works less than 10 hours per week with his current clients.
He uses simple outreach methods on Facebook and Instagram to find new clients, sometimes converting strangers into paying customers within just two days.
His dream partner coaching success comes from genuinely helping people solve a deep personal problem.
Sam’s story proves you don’t need fancy certifications or huge social media followings to build a profitable coaching business.
With only 500-1,000 targeted followers, he’s generating more revenue than influencers with hundreds of thousands of followers who make nothing.
