Max: How much did you make exactly last month?

Max: You know you’re 26 years old and you’re going to make a million.
Lasse: You already did, by the way.
Max: There you go. What was kind of the biggest learning factor that you got on your way from us on the way to the 100K a month?
Lasse: Being more professional, also having like better structures.
Max: I want to introduce you to Lasse in case you don’t know him yet, but we’ve helped him from zero to 10K a month as a dating coach in the German-speaking market. Then we helped him from 10K to 50K a month with that interview and now he’s cracked the 100K EUR a month mark multiple times. He’s making now over seven figures a year as a 26-year-old German dating coach. We’ve built an awesome team around him. He, of course, himself grew tremendously as an entrepreneur and he absolutely deserves the amount of money that he’s making because he’s also giving a real damn about his clients and he’s known to be one of the best, if not even the best dating coaches in the German-speaking market. From Hustle To Team Empire
Max: Lasse, my man, how, when was the last interview that we’ve done? The 50k a month last year I saw or something like that.
Lasse: I think so it should be beginning of last year probably or even two years ago.
Max: Something like that. It’s been a while. And now look at you, you’re making, how much did you make exactly last month?
Lasse: Last month was 103,000.
Max: That’s a nice number, man. And the month before that?
Lasse: And before was a little below, I think was 83 or something.
Max: And the month before that?
Lasse: Before was also like six figures a month. So we had, we crack like multiple times the six figures.
Max: Yeah. It’s really, really awesome, man. Like I said, very, very proud of you and you know, I wanted to have you on an interview again because I remember the very first interview we did where you cracked the first 10K and I think I was in Milan. I had this like the funny colors in the background because I wasn’t on Airbnb and we talked about you guys cracking 100K and now we’re cracking 100K almost every single month. I mean December, we were close because you know, December being December, where there’s almost a whole week missing but other than that, you guys are crushing it and it’s very, very nice. And I wanted to talk about your experience there. How many people do you have on your sales team?
Lasse: My sales team, it’s like six people at the moment.
Max: Nice, beautiful, beautiful. And I mean you’re, are you even doing sales calls yourself right now or is that fully taken over by your team?
Lasse: At the moment, I don’t do it. Actually, it was a plan or we talked about it but at the moment I don’t do it because I don’t have time because it’s like kind of crazy but yeah maybe like next weeks I do, but at the moment.
The Warsaw Lifestyle And Business Operations
Max: And that’s the beautiful thing. I mean you know I remember how it was for me once I started having a sales team because it was just like I’m just sitting there and we had these notifications that would directly link to my SMS and I would just just get SMS of like oh 4K, 10K, 20K, and I would just sit there and like oh made some money. Like I’m sitting there with like a coffee with my mom. I’m like, oh bing, we just made another 5K. So that’s always kind of cool when you have a team that kind of does the heavy lifting for you. And then you know, for you specifically, we’ve talked about this before also that your primary skills are also the two things that you like the most in your company, which is creating content and being there for your clients. So when you have a team who does all that for you, you can focus on these things. So what do you do on a usual day when it comes to the things that you like doing the most in your company?
Lasse: Doing some marketing. Instagram stuff like this and the content for YouTube and all this stuff. Also having calls with you or your team sometimes, stuff like this. Yeah, or having dates or going to gym.
Max: I mean, you’re a dating coach, so I guess it’s almost like part of your profession to have dates and going to the gym, so that’s nice. Yeah. Where are you right now, by the way? So I think you spent, I can’t remember you were around the holidays, you were at home in Germany and where are you right now?
Lasse: At the moment, I’m in Warsaw for two months.
Max: Oh, nice. What brings you to Warsaw apart from the dates?
Lasse: I would say, I really like the city. Like it’s really modern. It’s also really, really cheap. At least some stuff like taxi and stuff is crazy cheap here really. And also I know a lot of people here. So it’s kind of nice. That’s the main focus.
Max: It’s weird. I feel like Warsaw is kind of becoming a little bit of a hub of entrepreneurs. I know a lot of people, that are all of a sudden there all the time. I mean, fight gecko. Fabian, I’ve had him on the podcast. His podcast actually drops tomorrow by the time we’re recording this. And he’s also, he’s like yo, Warsaw is one of my all-time favorite cities. Very modern, great infrastructure. You have actually pretty high quality of living. And it’s not like super crazy Eastern Europe, you know. It’s like very, very modernized, very westernized and that’s pretty cool. Have you been to other parts of Poland as well?
Lasse: Actually not yet. Like it’s the only part of Poland I’ve been so far. But I think also I like it here the most because it’s so modern, you know. You have really good life quality. You can order everything to your apartment even like steak, really good steak or something. Everything. So it’s so time-efficient also.
Max: That’s the most important one, the steak, man. I love that.
Lasse: Yes, exactly.
The Scaling Secrets And Client Success Formula
Max: Yeah, cool dude. To get back to the business part of things, what do you think was the biggest game, like, what was the biggest game changer that brought you from 10K to 50K? And then what was the biggest game changer that brought you from 50k to 100K a month?
Lasse: From 10 to 50, I would say like, yeah, team of course already. Yeah, having first people who help me with the stuff was really helpful. I think so, probably, that was a big part. And also like from 50 to 100, like different sources from leads, not only like one, but several. So that was the main reason I would say and also team getting the team bigger. That’s the main things.
Max: The management part then also becomes important. I always say you know, from zero to 10K it’s just volume and work ethic, which you’ve had very quickly, which I really liked when we helped you with the first 10K. Like you instantly executed and it went pretty fast. And then from 10K to 50K a month, it’s structure, it’s organization and they’re just kind of really building systems. And then from 50k upwards, it’s just team, team, team. I mean you got a pretty cool group of guys around you. I know some of them personally. I don’t know all of them but I know some of them personally and it’s really cool. And it kind of reminds me of my first business, which was also the dating coaching, where it kind of feels like a little mini fight club, you know. And you have daily meetings and everybody’s kind of crushing and you guys are making a lot of money. So that’s really freaking cool. Do you, so just walk us through here. Is your entire team based all around the world, or are they all in Germany? And you’re just the only one who’s traveling, or how exactly does that look like?
Lasse: Actually, it’s a mix. Like I have many people from Germany, of course, or most of them are born in Germany and also Austria. And also have some people in Austria. And also, some of them are traveling permanently because it’s possible. They have to be sometimes in Germany when we have the live meeting and everything. But in general, they can also travel. It’s not a problem or something as long as they work and everybody’s doing a good job. And also some people are still in Germany. Like everyone prefers.
Max: Those live meetings that you just mentioned, those are also pretty awesome because I see those on Instagram. So just to kind of explain for the viewer, you’re basically coaching everything online but you do have the, I think once a quarter or something like that or once a month, you have a live meeting in a German City where you’re meeting all your clients and these meetings get bigger and bigger I mean you’re now literally, I mean they used to be just you know you guys go to dinner. But now you have so many people, so many clients that are showing up there that you’re literally doing these like speeches in like little seminar rooms and I see that, I’m like damn, lot is like stepping up. I really like that.
Max: How if someone watches this and they’re like, okay well, dating coaching is kind of like a very hands-on kind of coaching but you’re doing it all online and your clients get phenomenal results. What do you think, what have you been implementing in your coaching program, perhaps even things that we’ve helped you with, to make it work so well online specifically?
Lasse: Like in general which is really important is like that the people have a really good structure from the support, you know. Like so that we really behind them and really actively reach out to them, text them a lot, track everything what they do. So we can really make sure that they have the process like we texting them regularly and they have like one-on-one support. Everyone of them has it. So I think that’s a really big part of it. Then also we have a really big community now so that the people can connect with each other, which also helps. Like people who are already ready with the coaching sometimes connect with new people and that’s really helpful as well. And of course we have the live meetings which is really, really important part. So I wouldn’t say, I would say personally it’s important the live meetings. Without live meetings, the progress is a lot slower and we can see like important stuff like body language and things better of course in live meeting. But yeah, it’s like that’s the reason why we do it like for free, four times a year for our customer. And really check them there and help them do it like in person, yeah coach them in person and everything. The mix really works well for us.
Max: Hell yeah. Amen to that. Do you still remember, do you still remember your reaction when I said, hey we have to make everything one-on-one in your coaching?
Lasse: One-on-one.
Max: Yeah, when I said we have to make a one-on-one aspect of your regular group coaching. We really have to implement that. Do you still remember your reaction to that?
Lasse: No.
Max: Most people that are used to group coaching, high ticket group coaching, which is kind of like the standard thing, and then I remember for us, I think two years ago, we made the decision for our own company, okay we we’re going to make everything one-on-one. Group coaching, yes, of course, but on top of that one-on-one. And my reaction to my own idea was like, no way in hell that’s possible. It’s just unscalable. And then with you, your reaction was like, oh I’d be curious how that works. And then when we started implementing it, with the right systems, it’s actually pretty simple. And I’m super happy to hear now how well you guys implemented that because it gets your client such phenomenal results. And this is one crazy thing I’ve never really told you, but a lot of times when I tag you on my stories, somebody comments back and is like, oh I’m Lasse’s client, best program ever. Like German Market is being taken over and stuff like that. So you guys are doing really phenomenal job, just want to say that.
Lasse: Nice. Really happy to hear that.

Wisdom From A Seven-Figure Entrepreneur
Max: So, I also feel like, just you know, having worked with you for so long and scaling your company literally from zero to the six figures a month now. From my perspective when I see you coaching on your stories, I think you’ve evolved quite a lot. Is that something that you’re aware of yourself? Where you’re like man, I know much more than I used to know, or is it just you’re too much in a grind to even notice that?
Lasse: Actually it’s interesting because I think by yourself, you don’t even notice it but you notice that people you’re hang out with. It’s like a different dynamic or you feel like I don’t know you, the world is are kind of different, you know, when you have like a better mindset, less driven of fear, more like focus, more in charge of your emotions and everything. So of course I notice it but I’m not sure how people from outside would see it, because when I see, for example my old content, I think, okay how could I even get clients there. Of course I was in the thing I teach but not in the content for sure. So it’s kind of interesting. On the one hand, I would say yes, I noticed. In the other hand, I would say, okay not so much.
Max: It’s awesome to see from the outside for sure and the crazy thing is you’re still young, you know. I started coaching at 22-23. How old are you? I forgot.
Lasse: I’m 26.
Max: Yeah, man. Dude, 26 and like you’re going to crack the 7-figure mark this year. You know, you’re 26 years old and you’re going to make a million, which is fantastic.
Lasse: You already did this, by the way.
Max: There you go. You cracked it, you cracked it already. So you know, like just think about that man. It’s some pretty crazy stuff in your 20s already and that’s, it’s really epic to see you know. What do you think was, we talked about the biggest lessons, from 10 to 50K, we talk about the biggest less from 50 to 100K. What was kind of the biggest learning factor that you got on your way from us, on the way to the 100K a month? I’d be super curious.
Lasse: I think the biggest learning factor for me was like being more professional. Also having like better structures and just learning all the stuff. How to be like an entrepreneur or how to say it like, how to have a company, how to sustain like all the structures and everything that was really helpful. And that was the most important thing I would say.
Max: It’s funny that you mentioned that it’s like you, you turn from a coach that makes a couple thousand a month to like a business owner. Like I remember, for me, that was also so like up to 50K. The feeling is kind of like, yeah I’m doing coaching, I’m making money. But like 50k above is like, oh I’m running a company. And that’s a really distinguishing factor and uh you know on a side note also, I’ll tell you this in the viewer too, for me as a business coach, I kind of always wanted to teach my clients that. I wanted to teach my clients how to build something legitimate, long-lasting, with team members. You know what I mean. Like not some, like oh side hustle, make money online, quick thing. Like you see a lot of other stuff out there right now like the, whatever, the dropshipping, the ATM. Like have your own ATM machine and just get the bank charges, you know. All these fancy-sounding things, but like I always wanted my clients to build legitimate long-lasting businesses because that’s where the real personal growth is. That’s where the character growth is, and that’s also where you have a big team. And you’re not only supporting your own lifestyle but the lifestyle of the people in your team. And it’s really awesome to hear that most of the people in your team are also traveling. They’re also free and of course you’re doing the very same. So it’s very, very awesome and uh yeah man.
Max: To wrap things up, what other message do you have for the viewer. They’re like, damn, this Lasse guy, 26, making literally seven figures a year, what do you have to say about that?
Lasse: Of course, I have to say thank you. Yeah, to the people who help me. Also to my team. My team is really working a lot, yeah. Really, really good people. Also my coach is, but also my sales team. And I would recommend everyone who wants to get further in life depends or like each skill is possible. Like fitness, business. I don’t know. Everything is possible that you should get a coach because a lot faster you know. Like even I have at the moment I think four or five coaches so for everything fitness also Nikki bra for example I started and I noticed how fast everything works yeah. How fast you learn and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to become like the top 10% or something. It’s quite easy when you have like the right people to help you.

Wisdom From A Seven-Figure Entrepreneur
Max: So, I also feel like, just you know, having worked with you for so long and scaling your company literally from zero to the six figures a month now. From my perspective when I see you coaching on your stories, I think you’ve evolved quite a lot. Is that something that you’re aware of yourself? Where you’re like man, I know much more than I used to know, or is it just you’re too much in a grind to even notice that?
Lasse: Actually it’s interesting because I think by yourself, you don’t even notice it but you notice that people you’re hang out with. It’s like a different dynamic or you feel like I don’t know you, the world is are kind of different, you know, when you have like a better mindset, less driven of fear, more like focus, more in charge of your emotions and everything. So of course I notice it but I’m not sure how people from outside would see it, because when I see, for example my old content, I think, okay how could I even get clients there. Of course I was in the thing I teach but not in the content for sure. So it’s kind of interesting. On the one hand, I would say yes, I noticed. In the other hand, I would say, okay not so much.
Max: It’s awesome to see from the outside for sure and the crazy thing is you’re still young, you know. I started coaching at 22-23. How old are you? I forgot.
Lasse: I’m 26.
Max: Yeah, man. Dude, 26 and like you’re going to crack the 7-figure mark this year. You know, you’re 26 years old and you’re going to make a million, which is fantastic.
Lasse: You already did this, by the way.
Max: There you go. You cracked it, you cracked it already. So you know, like just think about that man. It’s some pretty crazy stuff in your 20s already and that’s, it’s really epic to see you know. What do you think was, we talked about the biggest lessons, from 10 to 50K, we talk about the biggest less from 50 to 100K. What was kind of the biggest learning factor that you got on your way from us, on the way to the 100K a month? I’d be super curious.
Lasse: I think the biggest learning factor for me was like being more professional. Also having like better structures and just learning all the stuff. How to be like an entrepreneur or how to say it like, how to have a company, how to sustain like all the structures and everything that was really helpful. And that was the most important thing I would say.
Max: It’s funny that you mentioned that it’s like you, you turn from a coach that makes a couple thousand a month to like a business owner. Like I remember, for me, that was also so like up to 50K. The feeling is kind of like, yeah I’m doing coaching, I’m making money. But like 50k above is like, oh I’m running a company. And that’s a really distinguishing factor and uh you know on a side note also, I’ll tell you this in the viewer too, for me as a business coach, I kind of always wanted to teach my clients that. I wanted to teach my clients how to build something legitimate, long-lasting, with team members. You know what I mean. Like not some, like oh side hustle, make money online, quick thing. Like you see a lot of other stuff out there right now like the, whatever, the dropshipping, the ATM. Like have your own ATM machine and just get the bank charges, you know. All these fancy-sounding things, but like I always wanted my clients to build legitimate long-lasting businesses because that’s where the real personal growth is. That’s where the character growth is, and that’s also where you have a big team. And you’re not only supporting your own lifestyle but the lifestyle of the people in your team. And it’s really awesome to hear that most of the people in your team are also traveling. They’re also free and of course you’re doing the very same. So it’s very, very awesome and uh yeah man.
Max: To wrap things up, what other message do you have for the viewer. They’re like, damn, this Lasse guy, 26, making literally seven figures a year, what do you have to say about that?
Lasse: Of course, I have to say thank you. Yeah, to the people who help me. Also to my team. My team is really working a lot, yeah. Really, really good people. Also my coach is, but also my sales team. And I would recommend everyone who wants to get further in life depends or like each skill is possible. Like fitness, business. I don’t know. Everything is possible that you should get a coach because a lot faster you know. Like even I have at the moment I think four or five coaches so for everything fitness also Nikki bra for example I started and I noticed how fast everything works yeah. How fast you learn and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to become like the top 10% or something. It’s quite easy when you have like the right people to help you.
Max: Hell yeah.
Lasse: So also with dating, you can come to us if you’re in the German market.
