From Skeptical To 538% Growth And Book Sales

Cynthia: I have a 538% increase in followers, and I sold more books than most first-time authors that are unknown. Three times as much as people do in their lifetime of their first book, I did in two months. And if you’re older, don’t think you can’t do it because you absolutely can. It is easier than you could have ever imagined.

I was beyond skeptical because, you know, you see something on social media, 95% of the time they’re not real. And then I was thinking about it because I was writing my book, and I knew I needed help to figure out how to do social media.

So I said, “Okay, let me see. I’m going to get the viral templates.” So I got those, and then they offered something else at a really good discount. I thought, “Oh, I could really use that too.” So I did that.

Then I got an email or a message a day or two later asking if I was interested in coaching. I thought, “I’ll listen, but I’m not doing anything.” I said to myself, “I’m a 65-year-old woman who has never done social media. These are all young people. They’re not going to be able to teach me anything.”

Taking The Leap And Trusting The Process

Cynthia: I spoke to Don, and he was very informative. I’m a God person, and if the Holy Spirit tells me something is okay, I do it. So I prayed about it while listening.

I said, “If this is what you want me to do, I’m going to do it.” It was a big investment, but who better to invest in than yourself?

So I decided to go all in. I said I would throw everything at it and learn everything I could. I’m so thankful that I did. I’m so happy.

Biggest Lessons And Breaking Limiting Beliefs

Cynthia: The biggest takeaway is that there really isn’t anything you can’t learn. No matter how old you are, it doesn’t matter. If you put your mind to it, you can learn it.

The biggest challenge for me was filming. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, so I thought everything had to be perfect. I also thought viral videos had to be risky or extreme.

But that’s not true.

You don’t have to do all that. You just be yourself. You talk about who you are and what you do, and the rest follows.

I never thought I’d be making videos, posting them, and getting people to follow me who don’t even know me. It’s been really good.

Support, Coaching, And Real Guidance

Cynthia: There are a few things I love the most. First, they teach you a lot. You have Zoom calls, a one-on-one coach, and a Facebook group.

But what really stands out is the support.

When you post something, people respond, help you, and encourage you. Nobody is putting you down. Everyone is building you up.

And having a one-on-one coach is very important. There are many programs where they give you material but don’t support you. Here, they are always there.

Another thing is how open Max is. When I first started, I even joked and asked, “Is this real Max or AI Max?” because you don’t know these days.

He laughed and said he would never use AI to talk to his clients. He’s very real and very supportive. He’s always involved, checking in, and making sure things are going well.

Massive Growth And A Message For Everyone

I recommend this to everybody, especially if you want to use social media to your advantage – not just to be on it.

You can have a million followers, but if you’re not doing anything with it, it doesn’t matter.

If you want to be successful and make money in your niche, this is important.

And if you’re older, look at me. Don’t think you can’t do it because you absolutely can. It is easier than you could have ever imagined.

You’re never too old to learn anything.
