Max: How much did you make last month exactly?
Florian: 507k order volume and cash collect was about 310k. Every client of ours, they get one-on-one coachings with us. So we have better results now and less stress. Honestly, I was traveling whole January, I watched one video we implemented and got the money, what we invested back in the first week.
Max: Hey, I want to introduce our client Florian here to you and the cool thing about him is he came to us with an existing business of already making six figures a month but we changed a single thing in his business and that allowed him to make over another 100K a month just on top of what he was already making. Max: So Florian, what’s up my man? You’re in Thailand right now or what?
Florian: Yes, at moment. At the moment, I’m in Phuket. Making a little bit holiday and a little bit working. In the afternoon, going swimming to the beach or drinking a shake, something like this. Enjoying life, man.
Max: Man! That’s beautiful.
Florian: Yesterday I made, yesterday I made a crazy tour in the jungle with some yeah local in the jungle and building some coffee of bamboo. Some crazy things. Something like this. Never seen it before. Crazy things going on here.
Max: You’re like a perfect German tourist. I love it man. I love it. But yeah dude, honestly you deserve it you know.
The Numbers Game – Breaking Down the $507K Month
Max: How much uh, how much did you make last month exactly?
Florian: In January, we made 507k order volume. So this was the first time we hit it. This, the 500k and cash collect was about 310k.
Max: Nice. That is one hell of a month, man. Congratulations on that. Very, very well done. Now, I want to say here too to the listener you know, you’ve had a business before you came to us I think you were at 150k cash collector or something like that when you came to us.
Florian: Yes, something like that. We already made six figures a month. I think um, the month before starting B around 196k cash collect, something like this.
Max: Yeah, nice! And now we’ve slapped on an extra 100K minimum in cash collected. That’s just cash collected, not even considering gross revenue. And what I really liked is we only did that by changing one thing and that is kind of like the delivery of your program. That is, you know what people get when they join the program.
The Secret Sauce – Systemizing Success Without Sacrificing Quality
Max: And I really have to say here too, you know. We’re sitting here and saying, well you know, you’re making half a million a month. But at the same time, the cool thing is you came to us and you didn’t even say, hey I want to make more money. You came to us saying I want to make sure that my delivery is even better. Like you really came to us and say, hey I really, I really give a damn about the people in my client in my programs, I want my clients to crush it, can you guys help me? And you know we have accountability systems and, and the accompanying coaching support systems and we’ve implemented that with that. We’ve implemented that with you and as a side note we made an extra ton of extra cash collected. So that’s of course very, very amazing.
Max: Now, you know, looking at what we’ve implemented in your program, what is kind of like the biggest takeaway lesson that you’ve gotten from that?
Florian: The problem was, before we came to you, we made a lot of money. But we came to limits in fulfillment. We could not scale more than we had. Hundreds, more than 100 client a month, I think, and in fulfillment we got to the limit. We cannot accumulate more customers. So that was the problem which what holds me back from scaling because I want best quality for all the customers and yes, that’s the reason we came to you. And we implemented crazy, crazy things like yeah yes CSM tracking, ascension stages fulfillment which is crazy. I think everybody knows sales tracking KPIs like no show rate, closing call sales revenue and stuff like this. But to implement the system in the fulfillment, this was crazy so we could take more customers at the same moment we could get better results. That was game-changing.
Max: I’m glad to hear that was game-changing, man. It was very much game-changing for me too. When I started implementing that myself in my own business because it just like you said. Like okay you have the KPIs for your setters and your closers. Where’s the KPIs for the clients? Like how are the clients getting up onto higher and higher stages? And then you know, once you have that you can KPI your entire success team, success management team, your coaching team or delivery team, whatever you want to call it. And that’s really cool and I think, you know, from my perspective of working with you, I also feel like it really helped you with your mindset because you mentioned it before. You said you know, you didn’t want to make more money, you didn’t want to get more clients in because you were scared that the quality of your delivery would suffer. And now that you see it’s all systemized, it’s all there, you seem to me like a completely different person. You seem to me like, yo, all right, let’s go. Like, now we can open the floodgates, you know.
Florian: Yes, yes. I was in my comfort zone, I think. When I come to you, I was in comfort zone. I made already six figures but why should I do more money? This was my comfort zone. I don’t, yeah, why, why doing this.
Max: Yep, that’s a big one. We discussed this a lot with our advanced clients too. I mean you’ve been in many of the calls too where we just say like, at some point people like why making more money but at the same time you know when you have something that really helps people, when you have a great program, it’s your responsibility to get more people on board because you’re changing more people’s lives. Plus of course, also, it helps you with hiring people and it changes their lives and so on and so forth. So yeah, that’s beautiful, man.
Breaking Through Comfort Zones and Scaling While Traveling
Max: Now, right now you’re in Phuket and I remember you’re based in Europe and we hung out in Cyprus many times. What made you go on this little vacation? What was your thought process?
Florian: Just a little bit traveling, seeing the world um to be. Honestly I was traveling whole January. I was in Germany at my parents’ home. Then I was in Dubai, I was in Cyprus and now I’m in Phuket and we also made this 310k cash collected while I was traveling. So the whole month. This is uh a point we forgot here.
Max: Wait, hold on. Hold on. So you traveled all of January and that was the month where you made 310 in cash collected? 310,000?
Florian: Yeah. Now we have the fulfillment, we have the CSMs and now our every client of us in the smallest program or in the higher programs I get one-on-one coachings with us now. Same at you. Before we couldn’t do this. So we have better results now and less stress.
Max: That’s dope. Yeah, you know. I can also, it was the same for us too. It’s like I remember, I think it was two or three years ago where I told my staff, hey guys we’re going to switch everything to one-on-one. And they’re like, how are we going to do this? Oh my God it’s impossible. We have so many clients and so on and so forth and I said, we’ll make it work. And then you know we built the systems, we hired people, we built the hiring system. So we’re able to hire the right people that also have expertise in what we want to coach. And number one, it’s easier to sell, right? When you say, hey everything is one-on-one, right? We have so many competitors out there that they can’t make it work with one-on-one. They only have group coaching. But on the other hand there also, once the system is there, like you said yourself, the program gets better, the results get better, which means better testimonials, more referrals, happier clients and so and so forth. And again like it wasn’t even the goal for us to make you so much more money but it was an end result of it. It was a side effect of it and that’s really, really nice.
Max: Now, right now, you traveled all of last month. You’re in Thailand right now. What’s your plans now? How long are you going to stay? What are you going to do with the business and so on and so forth?
Florian: Yes. I will stay 20 more days in Phuket now and then I go back to Cyprus.
Max: Nice.
Florian: And then I want to push the business to next level. We want to go to 500k cash collected. This is our next goal we want to reach and I’m sure we will reach this year.
Max: Amen, amen to that. Yeah my goal for you guys will be a million a month. Not cash collected gross revenue that will be even higher than 500k cash collected I think if we keep that cash collect up it will probably be 600 700k a month cash collected and that’s a still very high profit margins of around 40 to 65%. So that’s my goal for you guys and I absolutely think we can do it. Especially because you got a great program, you got a great very, very sexy offer, you’re actually helping people become DM appointment setters in Germany, which I don’t even think anybody else is doing it right now, at least not as well as you do.
Florian: Yes. There are some guys who copied us, I think. But yeah, we are the biggest, biggest company in this niche. Yeah.
Max: Here’s the crazy thing cuz I love what you said there’s like a lot of guys copy you, you know. You can copy someone’s ads, you can copy someone’s funnel, you can copy someone’s VSL. You cannot copy the delivery. You don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes, right? If I want to copy you now and I hear, well Florian is doing one-on-one, I’m like how the hell is this possible, right? Because it’s hard to look inside. There’s a couple other things you can’t copy like outbound calling, what we’re doing quite a lot we’re getting most of our clients just from outbound calling of people that opt in. So generally speaking, you know, for the listener, the more you, the more layers you can add to your company that cannot be copied, the better. Because then the quality is kind of like behind closed doors and everybody will know that you’re crushing. But nobody will know how or why, and that’s kind of like what we’ve been doing with you and also with us.
Max: Okay. Ao then back to Cyprus, by the way, I’ll be there in April. 100% let’s get another shisha and hang out. And okay, and then, yeah, 500k cash collected, a million a month, easy peasy, I think.
Florian: Max, I remember the first task you gave me when I met you in the gym in Cyprus, training. The first task you gave me boss buying another watch. So getting a Rolex. I remember we stayed in the gym watching on Chrono app and then I ordered that just. First 30k 13k or something like this. That’s crazy.
Max: I almost forgot. That’s right. That’s right. You got the date just and you’re like, is this a good watch? And I’m like, yeah, yeah, let’s go. That is so funny man. Yeah, good. Well, you know that’s one hell of a first task and the cool thing is you implemented it right away and then you started the mentoring with us and you just freaking implemented the things right away. You’re just like typical German. You’re like, I did it, here I am. And we’re like, okay holy let’s do the next thing. And you always just implemented and execute it and you know that’s going to bring you very, very far man. That’s, I’m happy for you. I’m proud of you and I’m happy for you and we’re just getting started. We’re just getting started.
The Million-Dollar Vision and Lessons Learned
Max: Yeah. That being said, you know, to wrap things up, anything else that you want to mention here? Anything else you want to tell people?
Florian: To be honestly, we had profits in the first week we worked with you. So I watched one video. It was the kickoff call video, I think. It’s about eight minutes or 10 minutes video. We implemented and got the money, what we invested back in the first week. So only because of one video.
Max: That’s amazing.
Florian: There were a lot of more small things which has a big, had a big impact on the revenue. But this was crazy or hiring A players so at the moment we are hiring all the time, getting the best people to our company.
Max: Beautiful man. I’m happy for you and like I said, you know, it’s, if the material is there, the learning is there. All you got to do is execute and that’s what you’ve done. You always asked the right questions. I mean a lot of times you know, you sent me a couple of questions and we just work through them one by one. It’s been very, very awesome to work with you and like I said, the sky is the limit.
